Camera pulita, letto molto comodo. Posizione perfetta e tranquilla con moltissimi locali e buoni ristoranti a pochi minuti a piedi (quartiere Little Italy).

Also ein großer Minuspunkt.

Really a 8.5! Beds and mattresses were very comfy, our pool view room on the 6th floor had a partial view of the bay and no construction noise, the room was spacious and convenient with a bunch of hangers and outlets including USB and USB-C ones, the nonslip mat in the bathtub was a thoughtful touch, the mini-fridge could fit more than expected, AC worked well, the fitness center was small but had yoga mats, a water cooler (pro tip: refill your water bottle here), and 4 types (1 each) of some basic machines like treadmills. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean, and there was a sundries corner to purchase snacks and stuff as well as a free coffee/hot chocolate machine. Next to that was a desktop with a printer if you have any urgent work needs which was a nice touch. Finally, a great location. In 5 minutes we could walk to Little Italy with great restaurants, and we were close by car to other sightseeing spots too.
Mostly minor things:
The bathroom didn’t have a ventilator, the towels were a little rough and a little stained (nothing too bad), the sink control knob started leaking(?) after we turned on the faucet so part of the counter got wet, the glass windows have zero noise insulation so late at night we could hear people yelling profanities from the street or loud motorcycle engines, the staff were overall fine if a little lukewarm (and one of them gave me the wrong breakfast bag), and we did miss having a warm breakfast (they said they were working on a restaurant?) but the grab & go bags available 24/7 weren’t bad. If you got the yogurt (Chobani!) and fruit option, you also got a pastry (ours was 3 mini muffins).
I appreciated having the parking garage right next door and there was lots of space but it was pretty narrow. It is $22/night, and although I was surprised they were charging at all, it’s relatively reasonable for downtown SD apparently. No elevators, but the first floor has a bunch of un/loading areas so if any of your party has mobility issues they can hop on or off there.
Overall, a decent value and would stay again.

Convinient access to parking. Close to Downtown and Airport. Rooms are clean and ready.
Nothing much of a big deal....no breakfast but Fast food and restaurant eatery are nearby. Overall we have great excellent stay experience. . Thank you.

Check-in and Check-out using gift cards was seamless
Not supplying tea bags and fresh milk and having to use those pods was disgusting. They may be ok for coffee drinker but definitely not for tea drinker. Thankfully there was a Starbucks across the street.

Warm welcome and very attentive staff. Got an upgrade because I’m a member of the best western chain, I didn’t think about this myself. Spacious clean rooms close to all sights and little Italy and good value for money
Can’t think of anything

Central location, handy to waterfront, Little Italy and train station.
Maybe better in room coffee / hot drink facilities eg jug and cups
4.5
Good location to walk downtown and to nearby Italian area - lively eating and drinking each evening.
Breakfast was provided for you to eat in your room - surely a breakfast room could be used to give more choice and avoid waste?

Great view of the water. Staff very accommodating letting us check in early. Excellent location to many restaurants, coffee shops, and cocktail bars.
Heard some noise from hallway. Fitness room could use some free weights.

Some covid style arrangements still operating: grab bag breakfast only and housekeeping on request on day 3.

The location was great, and staff were all super friendly and helpful. Every interaction we had at the front desk was great and we were within walking distance of tons of great bars and restaurants. Our room also had a great view of the bay! Breakfast was decent, with plenty of options - and I was a big fan of the nescafe machine in the lobby that could be used at any time. The pool was also a nice option and we definitely made use of the hot tub. Overall a great experience! I would not think twice about coming back.
The only problem we encountered, was that the treadmill in the exercise room was out of order. Not a huge problem, as there was a gym up the street that let us use their facilities for free (YMMV).

The complimentary breakfast and coffee bar was awesome! Staff was so friendly, and hotel all around was so clean.
My only complaint was the bed was not comfortable at all.

convenient location & helpful staff
the price we paid seemed higher than when we booke. we were told that this was because there was a cruise ship in and the hotel was full. as we booked months in advance didn’t consider this was fair.

Location near Little Italy was compelling. Walk to Convention Center was just right to start the day.
Fitness center was small. Treadmill was not operable, which was troublesome as weather was wet. I realize this may not effect everyone, but was a personal inconvenience.

Close to the boardwalk and amazing food just down one block.
