I loved the friendly staff, Robin at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. She let me know that had I booked through the hotel I could have received medical rate since I was there for an operation.
The rooms were clean, well designed, not the most modern but kept up really well. The pool area was lovely and the staff have measures in place to prevent “shenanigans “ like not allowing foot and drinks etc.
The lobby is lovely and they even serve breakfast. I did not have time to enjoy but my partner thought it was great.
This was the worst nights sleep I have ever got in a hotel. I could not relax for the majority of my stay. First it was children running, jumping and screaming from what sounded like both above us, the room next door and in the halls. Then it continued well into to well into the night with who only knows. All I know is that it got even worse.
I rented a hotel to make the night before my operation easier but in fact it would have been way more restful to just wake up at 4 am and drive to my surgery.
I’m not sure if it was that the clientele was “off”this night or if the structure is poorly insulated or both but it was the worst nights rest I’ve ever had in a public place and I travel a lot, I was also a truck driver who drove team and am capable of sleeping in a moving truck.

It was comfortable and met our needs.
We opened the windows and found potato chip bits and crumbs on the sill and very dirty window frames. When we pushed the sofa back for more room, it was very sticky on the floor beneath it and dirty...so were the couch cushions.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay with them. We loved how clean and big the rooms were. Super quiet and very friendly staff. Will be staying with them again soon.

It was a really nice hotel that was actually really comfortable. For a big hotel it was quiet, and served a good breakfast. It also has a fairly nice pool with a kid friendly shallow end and little bit deeper water for older folks. I also liked the eco-friendliness of wipes in the bathroom for messes like makeup. The hotel is also super close to shopping and eating. It even has decent tv channels to watch.
Nothing here was really "bad". Breakfast could have maybe had at least one more waffle maker and maybe some bacon to go with the sausage. The pool is nice but maybe a bit small for the size of the hotel. There always seemed to be a housekeeping cart in the hallway.

Staff was friendly and helpful regarding information about taxi services in the area. Was really nice to see so much thought put into being environmentally conscious with sustainable practices and giving guests easy ways to assist with information in the rooms.
Noise from outside the room was a bit louder than expected.

I would like to see better monitoring when booking in a group, such as a hockey team with young kids. The young kids ran/stomped in the hallway, were loud and yelling, and ran amuck til after 11 pm. plus the parents gathered in one room, right across from mine and partied until 2am. Security should be monitoring halls and noise levels for safety and other patrons consideration.

We stayed here for 5 nights in August 2022. The hotel was clean throughout - common areas and rooms were all very well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 4th (top) floor facing east. Saw some spectacular sunrises! Very quiet as we had nobody above us and were away from elevators and stairwells. Beds were comfy. I worked from the room part of the time and found the internet connection was certainly good enough for that. We did make use of the pool and enjoyed that. Breakfast was great - lots of options. I also used the laundry machines which were clean and in good condition. Shops including a Walmart across the road were super convenient. The only negative I have about our stay here is that the TVs are not smart so you cannot logon to Netflix or any other streaming service. We had to connect our laptop to the TV with an HDMI cord. I would stay here again if I was travelling in the area
updated smart TVs would be nice to see in the rooms.

The location, breakfast and the price

The breakfast was fine, but coffee needs to be replenished often during the 'morning rush'.
The parking was ample and the hotel close to the local attractions while in a quiet location.
The breakfast menu was a bit rigid. A few more options of flavours of yogurt would have been appreciated.

Friendly staff as always. Anytime we asked for something they jumped.
Cleanliness of room was poor and bathrooms in the pool area were disgusting.
