Elevator broke, room was dirty, and the grab and go breakfast was pretty much just a snack
2.8
Staff moved their car so we could park
Unpleasant check in
TV picture was terrible
Room was hot
Web site said there would be breakfast, there was not
2.8
The service was very bad. The staff were curt when you asked them any question. The hotel advertises that there is breakfast , but it is a to go breakfast that consists of a muffin, yogurt and orange that they give you in a bag. The corridors smell and the wall are thin enough to heat your neighbors alarm.

I don’t like the property at all

Hotel staff was very nice and friendly.
We had a baby with us and it was a very comfortable and safe stay.
Nothing

quiet, rooms were not too dirty just need some renovations
breakfast ended at 9 am ?? that is way too early! if people are traveling or on vacation breakfast should at least run until 10/11 especially for these prices.
2.8
the location of this hotel is perfect for walking and getting around
I did not feel that the room was particularly clean.
2.8
The twenty dollar charges for parking which was not discussed with me when I was making the reservation.

Front desk lady in the morning was helpful and efficient. Great location for where I needed to be. Near to shops and place to eat.
Old- in need of refurbishment.
2.8
The location was fantastic. Easy walk to downtown Bethesda. The bed was comfortable.
The shades in the room didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work. The bathtub constantly dripped and fan vent in the bathroom was filthy. The internet was spotty. They still do a complementary breakfast, but it’s a to go bag breakfast because of COVID.

the room smelled like cigarettes and the curtains were falling down. They could not be closed all the way.
The room.

The best part was the staff. I was very impressed with the reception people. All three: Conda, Ricardo and Jerry were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Conda and Ricardo were especially kind and supportive and extended lots of help to me as an old, frail and disabled person. I want to thank them from all my heart.
The room needed better maintenance. I am not talking about cleanliness. The room was clean. I am talking about fixing
things that are broken. Part of the curtains were held by temporary pins, part of the wall in the bathroom's tub area was cracked and the water flow in the bathroom was relatively weak. In addition, the internet connection kept disappearing and I had to reconnect several times by reapplying the password. Finally, the outside phone lines didn't work at all. I couldn't call outside the hotel. For days, whenever I tried to make a phone call outside the hotel, I would hear a busy sound (with or without the addition of 1 before the number). I just want to mention one feature in the hotel that I missed. When I previously stayed at the hotel: there was free fresh brewed coffee in the lobby area. I realize that this service was stopped due to Corona but I wish, you'll bring it back, it was such a nice cozy service.

Great location
Clean linens
Free parking
Room in disrepair. Damaged curtains, air vents full of old dust and debris, mold in caulk in tub, towel rack damage to wall,

The rooms were very old and dirt. The cleaning crew never came for the 7 days we spent at the hotel. There was a overwhelming dusty, musty smell in the hallways and the room. We were told breakfast would be included but it turns out they don’t actually do breakfast anymore. Most of the staff working at the desk were too busy watching movies on there computers to help us with anything. The guy working the night shifts was extremely rude to us and basically changed us more than double the rates on the last day we spent there. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

nothing special .. I paid the price got terrible stay.
terrified / Malicious Intrusion with no good explanation

good location and the staff is very good
nothing

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The front office staff was very not helpful, basically ignored me. And the parking was non-existent. The are only about 15 spaces available and most of those were taken up by restaurant goers. I had to park a few blocks away, park for overnight parking and then walk my luggage through the streets.

The only thing I liked about it was the location .
The bathroom didn’t seem clean, the toilet seat was broken, the clock radio didn’t work, just very rundown.

location
The room was very dirty. I have some pictures for the dirty everywhere..also there was a blood on the bed 🤮

The room was clean and quiet and parking was convenient. I was able to park near the entrance and did not have to go out on the street.

The only thing good of this structure is the position. The girls at the front desk the last day helped us, but not their colleague.
I found the bathroom dirty and structurally not in the best conditions. I went to CVS to buy some disinfecting wipes. The room was old, the curtains dirty with stains that I am not sure what they were. A/C unit not connected with the controls and dusty. Too expensive for what they offered
2.8
it was easily accessible

In booking.com it said that the breakfast and parking were free but the Breakfast was a poor brown paper back with a disgusting little muffin, a king of hospital juice and a fruit. The parking was so small so if you left the hotel for to go visit DC or some other place, you were left without a parking place. The marijuana smell was all over the place because of people hanging around the hotel so did not feel safe coming at night alone by foot to the hotel.
The staff was not friendly, the cleanness was approximate (unless you ask for the room to be cleaned nobody will clean it)
Did not like the crowd hanging around the hotel smoking weed or doing drugs
2.8
very good position and free parking in the front. Good value for money
Furnitures in the room and services were quite old and outdated.
Nothing to see with the pictures in the website (maybe taken 209 years ago)
swimming pool out of order.

The room was available within my alotted price limit. Fridge in the room was nice, bed was comfortable. Decent location.
The room was small and cramped, the shower was very hard to get working at a good temperature, though sufficiently hot with a lot of fiddling. The elevator smelled of wet socks, the charge outlet by the bed failed to charge my phone over night, and the handle literally fell off in the floor when I shut the door. Do yourself a favor and spend the $30 more to stay at the Bethesda next door.

Cleaning staff helpful
couldn't get into room. Homeless person coughing unmasked.in lobby. Desk staff unapologetic despite.our having to change rooms.due to.door.lock.failure.and half hour delay in accessing room. Bagged breakfast with no coffee was terrible.
2.8
The location was awesome, very clean room.
The parking wasn't that great, you couldn't park next to the hotel there wasn't enough space. So you have to park on the street and pay a meter, then drive across the street to park. A lot of traffic to cross but not to bad. I would stay there again for the price and location is a plus.
