A comfortable stay

Room was comfortable with all basic amenities. Daily room make-up.

The parking should be free for guests. The charges of US$ 26.00 daily, especially for those who stay multiple nights and do not use their vehicles during their stay are not justifiable.

Short Stay, Not sure I'd want to return for longer visits.

The location is good. The sleeping room is functional.

The location of my room, I believe is one of the adjourning rooms. I could hear the showers and the toilets from other rooms above and next door. Plus the doors closing is another distracting noise.

Nice hotel with overall great staff

It was smooth and easy

We dined in the resturant everynight and were pleased with the food and the service with the exception of one evening when our server would not take care of us at all.

4-star hotel

This is a hotel that should be classified as a 4 star. Everything great. We have not tried the breakfast but there is a Starbucks at the hotel.

They gave us a family room, which means that there is a door that connects to another room. We were very unlucky to have a VERY LOUD family next to us and there was ZERO sound proof between our room and theirs.

El segundo día no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, cuando llegamos en la tarde y reclamamos indicaron que ya no estaba el servicio de limpieza disponible en el hotel, tuvimos nosotros que hacer las camas. El recepcionista mintió porque dijo que habíamos dejado en la puerta el cartel de "no molestar" y no era así, nos preocupamos de sacarlo al irnos en la mañana. Pensamos que esto fue un error puntual del servicio.

Very good

The location couldn't be more convenient and the room was very clean. Friendly staff helped us resolve an issue with our final bill without any trouble.

The rooms are not the most soundproof. We had children staying in a room near ours who were playing and shouting pretty loudly one night. Not an issue for me as I always travel with earplugs, but something other guests may want to note.

Close to Metro station is the key

A min walk from the Bethesda Metro Station which is very convenient to travel to DC.

When I reached, the receptionist told me that the room I booked is already been given to someone else . They accommodated me in another room which was extremely small. However, the manager was kind enough to compensate all the mess later

Location to the metro and downtown Bethesda area

The synthetic air freshener in the entryway and the main floor near the elevators. It was not inviting or enjoyable, it triggered negative health symptoms including headache and allergic reaction.

very disappointing. Bookings is usually spot on with the hotels they partner with. They missed it this time.

dirty room on arrival. very loud with kids running around unsupervised. we continually got trapped in the parking garage… the machine actually stole my wife’s credit card . and finally, and most upsetting, the breakfast that was offered was a voucher for a coffee shop.

Offer breakfast food and coffee every day of the week and do not charge for bottled water.

The best part was the the convenience to the DC Metro.

The hotel did not offer anything to eat for breakfast on the weekend, which was a terrible inconvenience. Morover, our phone did not work for reaching the front desk the entire time we were staying. Also, room service did not restock the coffee in our room.

Great location

The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It had everything I needed. The hotel had a Starbucks and two other food options. It was very close to the metro which was so handy

I didn’t like that I was charged $50 per night for “incidentals” without being informed of this. Had I known, I would have used a credit card instead of a cash loaded Mastercard which tied up my money. I explained to staff several times and never received an apology which was disappointing. I did get the money back after check out but my holiday was over then!
