The apartment is beautiful, all appliances seem to be very new and clean. I did not use most of the things because I was there for only two night. The location was very convenient for me, with plenty of good-rated restaurants and close to the event I was attending.
I had a very hard time getting in the apartment. The apartment that I rented wasn't available when I got there (apparently the previous travelers were still there). I had to call the company who manages the apartments in that building to see what could be done. It took me +2h to be inside a new apartment. I asked for a compensation for the delay and never received an answer back.

I travel to Maryland for business about once a month. These accommodations FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Much better than the hotels that I have stayed at. Fully furnished apartment that was spacious, clean and conveniently located within minutes of where I was working. The building is also located in the Woodmont Triangle so you have no shortage of options for food and entertainment. I will almost certainly be looking to book again at Global Luxury Suites Bethesda :)

I liked that I could pick up the keys at the front desk.
I didn't like the time for checking-in at 6 pm. I didn't like the bed (not supportive enough). I didn't have wifi the first 2 nights so no streaming).

The property is in a great location and very close for walking to coffee shops, food and grocery stores. The parking pass is a great idea even though street parking is free overnight - but it’s not always available.
Even though it was cold, even got to enjoy the roof top terrace.
The apartment was great, just a few minor cosmetic issues like the the paint job.

The location is excellent, our deluxe apartment had a den .
Check in and out is very easy and the customer service is excellent , they respond very quickly and effectively.
Ww needed a parking space and they helped with that so we could park our car in the same day .
Also we needed some extra cooking pots and it was provided.
The building is excellent as is its facelities
My comment would be on the furniture provided , its a bit used and the bedroom furniture is large that it took so much space from the room it self .
I had to buy extra hangers .
the coffee machine was worn out .
The towels are clean but again worn out .

very good value for the money. whole apartment with laundry and full kitchen. we paid $15 per day parking. we had to arrange that ahead of time. that was slightly annoying, but well worth it. Has a rooftop pool that we had a bbq and swam. pool table available also. it was very convenient both times we stayed there. tons of restaurants that are within walking distance. store downstairs that had everything we forgot with a deli that made breakfast and lunch. very close to Walter reed naval base which is why we we’re there. I would 100 percent book again.
the parking was slightly annoying to “prebook” both times.

Great location. Very helpful concierges. Nice fitness center. Quiet location
Keyboards in computer center do not work, so I was unable to use the computers. I wanted to print documents, but was not able to due to the lack of keyboard. Kitchen was poorly furnished, eg: no measuring cups or baking sheets. Costco tissues and TP and scratchy towels are not signs of luxury suites!

Well-appointed apartment with modern deco.
Quiet neighborhood with lots of dining options.
Close to DC by car or public transit.
Good facilities in the building.
Friendly reception desk staff.
Easy communication with the property management via proprietary app.
Wish beds could be a bit firmer.
No on-site house-keeping staff and special requests for additional items or maintenance may not be fulfilled in the same day.

Close to Walter Reed, restaurants and shopping. close to metro if you use that. parking is $15 per night and you need to preorder that with the booking company. we didn’t know that ahead of time. The room was upgraded to two bedroom and huge. It could have been better cleaned but wasn’t dirty. I would definitely stay there again. staff was super helpful and very nice.
could have been a little cleaner

Location was great. We stayed over the weekend and it was very quiet and peaceful.
Outdated/low quality furniture. Water pressure was weak. Concierge was not very friendly.

A home away from home, comfortable with basic needs met. With a table and a desk, both my son and I could get work done. Laundry, workout facilities and underground parking were additional benefits. Several restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc. in walking distance. Close proximity to Walter Reed.
.The check-in process was unexpected. Have to send copies of photo ID and credit card in advance. Most of their messages were going to junk mail so I didn't realize the need. Didn't know I had to request parking in advance and then they needed the ID and credit cards again. Should have been able to use what I had just sent. When reserving, there should be an option to reserve with a parking space. We ended up parking on the street the first night and in a parking garage 4 blocks away the 2nd night. I

Clean, spacious comforts of home
Apartment staff were useless had to wait for people to come from jersey if there was a issue and took a day or 2 at times and thought for area and amenities was a little pricey.

fine property, good beds
additional paperwork required to be filled out through the most rigid digital portal ever. had to re-run several times. very poor reachable customer service. if you want smooth check-in DON’T BOOK THIS!!!

Bed comfort could be better. TV in bedroom didn’t work. Small but important things.
6.0 / 10.0
The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and spacious.
Small but useful things were missing. For example - no coffee filters for coffee maker and no hangers.
Most importantly it is impossible to TALK to a person before or during your stay. tried to get a number to talk to a representative before arriving about parking. Impossible. Once in the apartment, there was no information regarding internet. I eventually called the Emergency Number in order to get internet connection. When I was checking out I did not have information as to where to leave the key. Again, no phone contact choices.
