location and 3 bathrooms
Carpet replaced since last year
Garage door opener does not work, looks like it has been broken for some time. Extremely heavy door to lift
TV's in two bedrooms not connected to anything, no picture no sound

Spacious room and comfortable beds. We cooked our breakfast and dinners through our stay. Pans, dishes and utensils generally match our needs. Bathroom was very clean.
The kitchen lacked a cutting board. We had to buy it. While 3D room view on Vecassa app was helpful, Description about equipment was little.

Close to town, very private, clean, and management easy to reach.

close to slopes and main street
I was sent the wrong code to access the unit and was told to get a hotel by an employee and they’d reimburse me and now no one will answer me about a reimbursement

My stay at Main Street Junction (3 nights; January 2024) was extremely disappointing. I booked this property because it advertised a private garage and because of it's location. Upon arrival the garage code provided didn't work. I called customer service and was advised that "unfortunately the garage has been out of service and I should find parking in the common area". There were 4 'common area' parking spaces for 20+ condo's. My subsequent interaction with customer service after the trip concluded was beyond frustrating. The representatives were unhelpful, lacked the necessary knowledge to address my issue, and completely stopped communication. Despite multiple attempts to find a reasonable solution, the experience left me dissatisfied and unresolved. I accept that things break, but I was never notified in advance of issues and there was no attempt (that I'm aware of) to fix it during my stay.

Really nice apartment. Loads of space and modern appliances. A couple of minutes walk from main street and had a garage for vehicle
Sofa bed was not great. Was a bit wonky. Snow clearers keep you up at night being on main road

It was cute and ski themed. Had mostly everything we needed and close to town and the bus route.
The water dispenser on the fridge is broken and spurts out water. Also the fire wasn't working. The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it.

spacious
the property management company is really bad. every time I complained they had the robot answer "sorry we are contacting the local personnel " from the 5 things that were wrong with the apartment they fixed one. don't advertise a fireplace if it doesn't work. why don't you check that every TV works. they gave me the wrong code for the door.

That it LITERALLY felt like home!!! everything you can think off they had ,my fav was they ACTUALLY had a fan for when we slept (which we sleep with every night at home with) everything was AMAZING!!

Could have warned me of additional charges that amounted to nearly $1000 additional on top of the room rate which was high for the class of property.

The fact that it’s a one-story condo on the ground floor AND had a garage was super-convenient, especially since i was traveling with a handicapped friend in a wheelchair. The unit was also nicer and more updated than most comparable condos we’ve stayed at in ski resorts in the area. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook. Also located very close to the ski lifts and other main attractions of Breckenridge. Snow was plowed every morning. Also was easy to find (once we figured out the address in the calendar link was incorrect). pretty spacious and could have housed prob 4-5 people without feeling cramped. Bathrooms good size. No noise from adjacent units/guests. Very short walk to the garage. And the garage was heated which was nice.
Vacasa is sometimes a bit disorganized and inconvenient to deal with. The code to enter on the app was incorrect so i had to call to get correct one. Map link on calendar event (that synchs with iPhone calendar) was incorrect and took us to wrong location. Instructions seemed to conflict as to whether we could just go straight to the unit or needed to check in at a separate location. A few deferred maintenance items; coffee pot was cracked when we got there. Second bed was a bit saggy and not that comfortable. Limited hot water in second bathroom at times. Bar stool legs were wobbly and one of them was too unstable to sit on. Seems like they do a fair job of cleaning the place but a few items are getting past their prime and need replacing. overall the unit was nicer than most though. We would gladly stay there again despite the smaller issues for the convenience of location and being a first floor one story unit which is very hard to find.

Angel & Will at the front desk were great. Emily and Jason were both helpful and attentive.

Location. Size of place.
Most everything didn’t function. Immediately on entering needed to call for replacement batteries for fire alarm because of the annoying high pitched sound. After person came to replace the batteries we found out the refrigerator didn’t work. In the next 24 hours we got two replacement refrigerators (not to mention a huge water spot in the living room which no one could figure how it got there). One bathroom toilet didn’t work and needed to be repaired. Another two of the three bathrooms didn’t drain properly. Windows in main bedroom didn’t remain open requiring us to use coat hangers to keep them open. Given the 40degree evenings we were looking forward to using the fireplace, but it was “out of order”. If it weren’t our 1st vacation in 2 1/2 years it could have been funny!

The tub didn't work. We contacted owners and they kept promising to send someone to fix it. No one ever came. They said they'd reimburse us for the inconvenience; they never did.

The heat did not seem to work which didn’t matter due to not being too cold.

Great Location!
Refrigerator didn’t work properly, had to keep cold stuff on the deck. Place is nice but a little dated and in need of some updates.

Loved the location! Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops.
If you’re in the living room it’s super loud, especially when you have the windows open! But that’s just because you’re on the Main Street.

Everything was great but there were some things that may need improvement. the hot tub seemed to be out of order. We don't think the room was well inspected for damage either. When we came in there were cracks in two of the refrigerator cabinets, the toaster wasn't working and on one of the furnitures in the living room there was a handle missing. When there are little hiccups that are not inspected before the arrival of a party, it can make one feel uncomfortable knowing that you may even get the blame for something that was there before you arrived. Other than that, are stay was a great experience. The area was in a great place, it was comfortable and we loved how close it was to main street. If given the opportunity, we would love to return again.
