Location was great and worked well for our group of 6. Hotel with little apartments
Bit more money than I wanted to spend
3.0 / 5.0
Location was perfect, the parking, snacks and drinks and amenities
No AC, being on the first floor facing courtyard made opening the windows to cool off unit not an option. Very loud and could hear people walking above us and the TV didn’t work properly.

Location was great. Kitchen amenities were good.
We got one set of towels for our 3 day stay.

Close to town
Room smelled like animal urine

The location was exceptional! It is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. And the river is beautiful and serene. Also, I loved listening to the sounds of the River next to our room!
Honestly, I wish the exterior was a different color. Some parts of the building look outdated.

The manager and assistant manager were incredible! Very, very responsive and helpful. The location was great.
The first room was awful. Forget dated- the room was dilapidated. Each room is individually owned and it’s up to the owner to furnish. This room was filthy, furniture was broken; and there was a hole in the floor. Spoke with management who was able to move me into a different room for the rest of my stay, and it was night and day different. So beware- some rooms are incredible and spotless. Other rooms like they’ve been furnished out of a dumpster and haven’t been cleaned in months.

Room was quiet, nicely stocked, comfortable bed.
There was an odor in the hall by the elevator. It was evident every day we were there. Probably in the carpet.

The location
The beds had about a foot from the wall to walk by and everyone of us hit stub or toes😲

Location was excellent. Apartment was well equipped and fairly comfortable.
Sofa in living room was in bad condition. Rooms are extremely dark. I would suggest supplying a humidifier!

Great location, front desk staff friendly and helpful. Walls are thin people very noisy and loud after 10pm till early am. Nice hot tubs and sauna and exercise room pricey for accommodation

The bed was very comfortable. It was supposed to be a queen but felt more like a king (which was definitely a PLUS).
Parking - we had difficulty finding a spot large enough to accommodate our full-size SUV.

Bed was very comfortable, glad it was a king! Twin beds worked well for our two daughters who don’t like sharing a bed.
location was perfect, able to walk everywhere. From hiking to the gondola, dinner and shopping.

Online the rooms were listed at $160. When we made the reservation it jumped to $212.82. The room was super hot and there was no air conditioning. The advertisement said it had a balcony. There was a balcony but the door wouldn't open so we couldn't even open it to try and cool off the room. My daughter went to buy a small gummy bear snack from the front desk and was informed that the hotel was "cash less" So she had to use my credit card. Found out after the card went through that it was $5.45 when all other small items like that were around $1 to $2. We were appalled at the price but the clerk did not offer to refund the money. Now I'm looking at my credit card charges and there is an additional $50 charge on my card which I have no idea of what it is for.

"Sean" went over and above to be welcoming and to resolve my issues.
Location was very convenient to access the main street.
Garbage from last occupant was left under sink.
TV remote did not work.
Toilet would flush but tank had to opened after each use to reset the fill float.
No continental breakfast was available. Only granola bars and coffee at the desk. Even the most basic hotels in our trip across the US and Canada offered some form of continental breakfast - most disappointing and inconvenient as we had to search for breakfast in an unfamiliar city.

Rene at the front desk was very helpful. Free energy bar snacks and coffee offered. Short walk to Main Street, clean room, nice balcony, pool, hot tub and gym facilities, comfortable bed. 24/7 front desk service.
Everything was great

Location. Right on river across the street from main street- shops and eatery.
Dirty room. Needed paint and new carpet. Paint peeling in bathroom. Dirty floor in bathroom. Old old old. No a/c. And if you wanted any daily service like trash taken out or clean towels, it cost an additional $18 for thr very basic service. The parking garage was even dirty. Caked dirt everywhere. The nicest thing was the bathrooms in the lobby.

Fantastic location right in the middle of Breck and within walking distance of both the ski hill and the shops and restaurants downtown. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and it looks like there are a host of improvements being made throughout the property. The price was certainly competitive relative to other chain hotels and resorts in town!
The room itself was a little bit spartan, but overall comfortable and clean.
