Views were nice
Room was smaller than I expected

Very clean. Wonderful view. Very convenient. Quite and relaxing.
Nothing to complain about

The location is stunning. Our room was really comfortable, had a stunning view and was spacious and well appointed.
The service is patchy. For example, I messaged the property to ask them to reserve a table for dinner - only to be directed to OpenTable to do it myself. Felt off. However the bar staff and restaurant service was good.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Terrible selection of food, served on paper plates with disposable crockery. Not in keeping with the overall feel of the property at all!

The view
The room was too hot
Checkin was late
Noise outside my window late
4.2
The high elevation, privacy and excellent views of Bald Mountain, Quandary and other mountains.
The carpet is approaching the need for cleaning. You can definitely see some wear and tear, and dirt in heavily used places.
4.2
Room very clean. Great staff. Great view out my window and great location. Really quiet which is a high value for me!
Bed was sort of hard. Breakfast “so-so”.
4.2
Beautiful finishes
Wish there were more of a fresh breakfast option

Location
The rooms would not cool at all. Lots of problems with reservations, coordination, communication, service animal rules & regs, basics of credit cards & IDs (multiple check-ins etc). Total disaster

View from bedroom and dining room.
The use of technology for the room key. Having to provide the same registration information to another system that then failed to provide the “key” when my room was ready. Thankfully the real life receptionist was able to send me the key as well as give me a physical key. The same system then asked me for my check out time 3 hours after arrival and shortly after that wanted to know if I wanted to stay another night at a discounted rate.

Location, location, and the staff! This place is incredible! Our view was stunning and the hotel restaurant is great! Wish we had had more time here!
Nothing!

The view of the restaurant was great
Be careful is you have trouble breathing sue to the elevation - high elevation hotel - very difficult breathing for us
The hotel was empty but they did not upgrade our room
The room was facing the main entrance of the hotel
The hotel and rooms are very old and basic
The breakfast was really poor
4.2
Nothing. Poor selection of cold food. Stale milk . Got better breakfast at low end highway motels
Everything.
4.2
The breakfast selection was poor.
Hot breakfast options.

The staff was amazing, the location was beautiful, there were shuttles available, and it was incredibly cozy.

fabulous views. beautiful room. I truly felt I was in a mountain lodge. staff were very attentive.
not being walking distance to anything relying on the shuttle which was great, but still that eats into time.
also bar/restaurant closing at 9pm was a bit early.

Very comfortable room and the food was excellent.

Location and view from the deck/hot tub was really beautiful. Restaurant didn’t have a large selection, however, how often do you see Kung Pao brussel sprouts and venison chili (both excellent!) on the menu. Room was clean, had a seating area and the bed was comfortable.

The restaurant should be open or they should tell you it will be closed before you book.
