The bed was comfortable, morning coffee in the lobby.
Didn’t get the room we booked WHICH is a common practice when using BOOKING.COM

The location was amazing, specially to enjoy Japantown. Lovely region to walk, even at night. The rest of the city is easily reachable by a short bus ride. Staff were helpful to provide things we needed (a pair of scissors, bicycles etc.) and even the housekeeping staff was very friendly. Rooms were great, and the free green tea provided was delicious. The courtesy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening was a nice touch.
It was great to have free bikes to use, but they need some maintenance.

Dog friendly hotel. Awesome. Where else in the SF area can you find FREE pet stay at your hotel? The room was clean. The bathroom was clean and roomy (large walk in shower).
Nothing to not like. If I had to be picky the parking garage was small and packed full.

Localização
Academia muito pequena , menor que um quarto .
Sem café da manhã .
Restaurante lindo porém fecha cedo e tem que reservar antes ( e não tem muita procura )
Sem falar do preço (mas tudo em SAN Francisco é caro … )

The location was great. There are a lot of good restaurants near by and Fillmore St.
Understood that it was an old hotel redone, but it still felt old and did not meet my expectations at all. There was no hot water while we stayed there.

Quiet. Clean. Nice neighborhood. Not part of the hustle and bustle of union Square but you can get wherever you need easily. Very friendly staff. Outdoor space with chairs and fire pit. Parking (for an extra fee). Good sized room compared to some boutique hotels. Bathroom of adequate size. A place you could stay comfortably in for several days while on a trip to SF.
Would stay there again. Not near BART but uber was easyl. And likely near other transit such as buses.

Most wonderful staff by far! Loved the location (Japan Town) so we didn't have to miss home too much. Great restaurants recommended by the hotel staff (Try out Sweet Maple a few blocks down Sutter for breakfast/brunch). All sorts of shops within walking distance with Japan Town Mall literally 1 min from the hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and with high-end amenities in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable! Water and ice dispensers were also available at our floor.
I would have loved to have had self-laundry services since we had an extended stay.

I like the staff, who are all very nice and friendly. They always converse with me, making me feel warm and welcome. They are willing to help and support everything they can during my stay. The second thing I like is the location. As you may know, it's very dangerous in San Francisco. Many places are full of homeless, and I feel so scared, but the location of this hotel is very safe and peaceful you can walk on the street at night and park your car safely. Anyway, the hotel provides a very, very safe parking lot for you too. Another thing is the cleanliness of the room. The room is very clean and the housekeeper makes it clean every day. The last thing is the comfortable bed I can sleep well and good rest in the bed.
The only few things to make it better are providing hot water in the room. They provide ice and water on the 3rd floor, which I love it a lot, and also provide coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. But sometimes at night I wish to make some coffee or eat the instant noodle or hot tea then I need some hot water in the room

So clean, the beds were comfy and the soap smelled amazing! It definitely felt much nicer than most hotels. Loved that it was within walking distance of the Japantown Mall and several other cute shops around town.
There were several loud children and dogs screeching during the night, and the blankets were very very thick making it hard to maintain a good temperature at night.

Everyone was very friendly and willing to offer help. I have a lung condition so they took our bags from the car to the room. Very professional and inviting

In Japantown so it was quiet and easy to find. Parking garage which is gated after 10pm, so I knew my car was safe. Comfortable beds, room, and the view of the city was beautiful.

Nice city views, clean and modern vibe, and a small parking garage on site.
The on site garaged filled up and we were referred to parking garage a block away. That lot locked at night so our car was not available till 9 Am (not disclosed). Happily, the Hotel gave us first two nights of parking free.

The room got a little smell and even parfume did not handle it to improve. Location was fantastic - if you are not planning on driving in SF, this is great location - anywhere to downtown SF or most sightseeing places, drive price was under 10$. Overall, in images and in reality - seem to be two totally different rooms. Size was small, couple of wall-mounted electric ports were loose. Beds were great. The view was to backyard side and was too close to another room's window. Staff was helpful, though prices for water in lobby - 5 $ for a can of water is a bit too much
I didnt liked the smell in the room, the room size and room location. It is possible, probably, to get a room with better view, but I was expecting the room to match the description in here. Pricing for the room was more than the average cost in hotels like Beacon Grand, etc, but paying more than 250 for a night you expect a bit more comfort, than it was provided in this one

The location was the main reason we booked this hotel (proximity to Cherry Blossom Festival and Japan Town). The hotel was wonderful in all aspects. They were very accommodating about the parking.
Nothing except we paid a bit more than we would have just own the street. Nevertheless, it was worth the convenience to be closer to Japantown and to be able to pop into the hotel and car as needed.
