It’s OK

Unfortunately, the elevator was broken, and we got the room at the 4th floor. However we tried to request 1st or 2nd floor instead but there was not. We had to unpack and pack the baggages at the first floor in public area.

Winter parking at this time can’t seem to understand why there we so many vehicles that were there that haven’t been moved either customer staying longer you can tell by no movement because vehicles were full of snow and plows around them so taking away parking spot closer to hotel entrance

It was like a hellish stay.i have filed a complaint, will see if will do something abt t

Front desk gave us the wrong room and early morning the rude mgr tried to barge in our room and kicked us out without even asking if we were guests nor apologizing after for their mistakes amd even denied doing what he did when we confronted him

Manager Ali has no manners to think he works in a hotel industry! He wont even own up to what he did not until he realized we were not going to take lightly how he treated us

It’s a Fair stay, we enjoy the bed and location only

Staff are good, the room is clean and location

Bath tub is clogged, can’t provide kettle, no complimentary water, can’t provide slipper, we request for extra comforter it didn’t provided, the breakfast service and food

Ok for one night

Friendly helpful staff. Had to book last minute as my flight was cancelled. Free shuttle from the airport and back.

Bedding was dirty, bathroom was dirty in places, very old fashioned accomodation but the bed was comfy. Breakfast was very limited.

location is good

-footsteps from upper floor can be heard even after 2AM -very cold room, heater not working -no microwave inside room -i specifically requested one bed to be moved next to the wall for our baby but this was ignored -tub floor looks old and has seen better days

This is decent enough place to lay your head, not good for extended stay past one night.

Staff was relatively decent, room was cleaned daily.

Elevator was broken, yet we were put in 4th flr, expected to carry our heavy equipment/baggage up stairs. Breakfast only provided bread or cereal, nothing for protein, no selection.

Budget Travelers Only, Not for families

The Property was close to the airport.

Rooms need renovations. Phone didn't work there was no alarm clock. The bathroom was very dirty and there was no blanket or duvet. There was simply a material similar to a curtain draped over the bed. It was cold and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and hairs were an issue. The elevator did not work nor did the vending machines. Great for budget travels, but bad for those who wanna sleep and be clean.

Frustrating and disappointing!

Hair on pillows, so obviously unchanged. Toilet not working well. Room not cleaned even after cleaning staff said they’d be back in 10 minutes. Paid for three people yet there weren’t enough cups , nor coffee, nor towels. Pathetic! All easily fixed issues which were not fixed! Poor service!

Had stained towels, and the towels were very small, no comforter on bed.

Left a shirt accidentally at the hotel, called to see if anyone had found it, they told me to call back, I called back, they said to call back again because cleaning crew was gone. Not helpful and didn’t make an effort to find the shirt.

This was the second book of the day, I booked another hotel pretty advance but couldn't dare stay there was very disgusting. And then I found this super 8 hotel. It was clean and the receptionist he was very friendly. He gave me 4th floor room but that time, the elevator is not working. So I favour if he can give me the closer room as I have a child. And he upgraded me to 2nd floor. I am very satisfied.

good for getting myself to the airport

this was not the property I had intended to book. the staff were friendly the buffet was adequate but not great the location was further than I expected from the airport the shuttle that I wanted was booked so had to go earlier than I had wanted but I was thankful that there was room for me on it.
