Very convenient and a pleasant overnight stay.

The room was simple but clean, quiet, warm, the bed comfortable with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The wifi worked fine for me. The location, for us, was perfect as we had to go to the Tom Baker Centre. We left our Jeep at the hotel & took a cab there & back. I really appreciated them letting us leave our vehicle as we did not get back until after check out; plus I am not a confident city driver.

Breakfast was really basic, mostly dry goods. I think there was a pancake maker. The cable TV wasn't that great. It kept going off, then coming back on.

Une belle semaine dans une belle Ville.

Le déjeuner était très bien surtout lorsqu'il avait des Pancakes. Il n'avait pas trop de bruit dans l'hôtel. On avait un beau stationnement. On aimait qu'il y ait un petit réfrigérateur et un micro-ondes dans la chambre. Le personnel était très sympathique.

Very comfortable and great location

The location was great very central for me easy to get on main roadways. Was a comfortable room and bed. Didn’t get a chance to try out pool and hot tub but will next time. I will be staying again! Loved having a small kitchen in my room.

The water pressure for shower was low

It was one hour drive from banff, the room we stayed in was very clean, lots of clean towels and we enjoyed the pool and jakuzi to our selves

It was worth the price. Very basic accommodations but good for a place to land and rest up.

Good location in that it is very close to the high speed LRT. Appreciated the free breakfast, the coffee was amazing my first day, not so much the next...staff needs to be properly trained on this important feature. 😀

There is not a whole lot in the neighbourhood. I had to take the train to the next stop to get food and supplies at a mall.

Clean room.

Booked room on Booking.com using pet friendly filter. After we had checked in and unpacked into our lovely king suite we had to switch to a small queen room that was one of the two apparently assigned to people with pets. Asked for a reduced room rate but was denied.

Overall a really good stay and would stay here again.

Staff was super friendly! Breakfast had a really nice variety. heating/cooling system in the room worked really well.

The only thing was there was some sort of motorized noise most of the day, it stopped around 7pm for the night but then started again around 8am. It was a bit disruptive to our sleep, but other than that the hotel was great.

Pretty good. Value for money

Very conveniently located right by the Banff Trail train station. Parking is available and the area seemed fairly quiet. Rooms are unremarkable, seemed comfortable enough for the stay - you get what you pay for. Air conditioning worked well, breakfast was acceptable, and staff were friendly. Would stay here again if I'll visit for some work in downtown.

Room had a funny smell, not sure if the previous occupant had smoked or if it was a general lingering smell. Reported it to front desk during check out and they've said they'll take care of it
