Great Breakfast, so clean, great location. Will stay here every time a need to stay in Medicine Hat.

Hot tub - jets were not very powerful and it wasn't that hot.

More than we usually like to pay for a hotel room but a very nice treat.

Comfortable beds, very clean, excellent breakfast options. The hotel also partnered with nearby restaurants to offer a discount for dining there.

The built-in shampoo / conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty.

Fair enough for one stay.

Booked for my family. Overall stay was great. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Coffee quality was awful. Add chicken or turkey sausages not everyone eat pork. Variety of breads was poor as well.

Have stayed here many times on the way to BC. Location and price are great!

Great location. Easy access from highway. Costco is next door along with The Keg. Beds are very comfortable too. Very good breakfast included; even had waffles!

Superb

Pool area was over ran with kids and parents demonstrating little or no control over them. Jumping back & forth from pool and to hot tub. Pretty pricing for what I deem to be a standard room.but we needed that location.

I appreciated the great service even though I asked for wake up they forgot to wake me. It was ok.

The breakfast was very good and lovely selections. I liked the gluten free options. I would like to see additional option regarding almond or rice milk for lactose intolerant. Maybe do turkey sausages for those not partaking in red meat as well as pork bacon for those wanting that option.

The road to the facility wasn't very appealing. The location was really not appealing out of the way lots of driving to get to the other side of the city.

It was expensive to stay at this hotel and it felt like poor value for the experience.

Breakfast was good. We went early because the hotel was full of families. That helped to make the experience better. The staff was helpful and working hard.

We were given an accessible room which is mostly fine…spacious. The shower floor was very wet when we showered because the shower curtain did not contain the water. Curtain issue or shower head issue? Not sure. The hotel was very loud all evening. Teenage boys were running the halls and all over the common spaces. The rooms did little to keep out the noise. I don’t blame the staff for the noise but there could be some guidelines for parents booking for sporting events. Things were mostly quiet after 11 but lots of hall running up until this point.

Awesome!

Loved the size of the room and the pool! Breakfast was a good spread too. Great for families.

There were a few spots in our room that weren’t clean (behind toilet, under faucet), the garbages could be bigger for take-out containers etc.
