I liked the location of the hotel.
It was hair in the shower, one of the pillows was dingy looking and another had stains on it.

I loved the room, and the fact they are pet friendly ! The bar was good and the drinks were fresh. The staff were welcoming & made us feel absolutely amazing!
The bathroom wasn’t clean, a bar of soap was left in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us.

Breakfast was very good, although was pricey at $26.
Cost of overnight parking was $65 for valet or $54 at adjoining lot. Room with a view was not terribly impressive. Not sure if it was my room but the view was of other building nearby.

Upon arrival the Valet team was outstanding and very friendly . The Front Desk team was ready for us and they accommodate my request for early Check in because it was our 30th wedding Anniversary and the room was excellent The Bar team was on the top of the game and we were happy with the service.Last but not least the Breakfast was great and the service too.I will be back to stay at the Westin.

I've never even treated so cruelly in my entire adult life it was actually stomach wrenching to think that not one but two pretty young individuals to whom were number one extremely judgmental number two extremely way out of line and three absolutely apparently received zero training as far as how to speak to customers because they're literally dealing with them face to face when it comes to interactions and it was stomach wrench to be honest with you so someone needs to call me because I'm like on the cusp of filing a civil suit against the hotel
This is a joke

Very stylish and comfortable hotel with well-equipped rooms in a great location. Parking onsite. Delightful waitress staff and very good breakfast
Breakfast was very slow to arrive once ordered.
Check-in staff were not as professional, efficient or engaged as expected in a quality hotel.

Clean modern design. Breakfast and serving staff was excellent. Located in an area with lots of restaurants.
Waterproof mattress cover was noisy and detracted from the otherwise very pleasant room. Check in staff not the most helpful. Also we wanted to make change in order to leave a tip for the cleaning staff but front desk would not (could not?) do that.

Staff were receptive from the valet through front desk to house keeping.
City view as advertised was a little conflicting from the 14th floor room 1428

I really enjoyed my stay at the Westin. The room was large, comfortable and quiet and the hotel is really centrally located. I used the gym which was well equipped and decent for a hotel gym.

Location was great
Walked in and out bathroom floor was covered in hair abs sticky. Smoke detector was dying and chirped all night over my head. Tried to call the front desk to notify them about the situation and the phone was broken. Didn’t sleep at all and when we told them the next morning, the staff brushed us off

The location, decor and bathroom mirror light.
The layered steps requiring travel through the mall to access the property if I did not use valet parking.

Great location. I come here every June for a conference. suites were renovated (somewhat).
Arrived in the evening after a long drive and noticed that the bathroom floor was wet and had water stains all over. However did not notice water accumulating so it may have been a leak that was fixed for very intermittent. service was very lackluster. They do not go above and beyond but do just okay. I ordered asparagus on my salad and it came as a side with cheese on it instead. I asked for a wine opener and they provided me with what is quite possible the worst bottle opener in the world from what looked like a kids Fisher Price set. I asked for scissors to clip a tag on my gown and they told me to come downstairs. When I explained it was on my dress they sent so
woke to the door that waited for the scissors at the door. Ordered bananas at breakfast and they were already brown and overripe. In short, it’s an okay hotel but don’t expect service to go above and beyond.

the room was large and renovated
tired old and staff did the bare minimum with no smile
