La ubicación, el tamaño del baño, la cocina.
No funcionaba la caja de seguridad, pero luego me la cambiaron.

Amazing rooftop terrace!

Massive room size. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Classy decorations with quality toiletries. Good central location. Extremely helpful concierge.
The recommended carpark is relatively far from the apartment, nevertheless, this is the best accomodation for our road trip in the cities of eastern United States.

Our room was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils and plates was a godsend. Washer and dryer came in handy. Just everything from staff to room was great
Room temperature kept fluctuating. So we'd go from being hot to being cold throughout the evening

Location was good, walkable to many sights, neighborhood felt safe
Morning Coffee was complicated to make, no sugar or creamer available. Bed was a little too firm

Centrally located just a few blocks away from the Philadelphia Convention Center where we saw the Philly Flower Show. Helpful staff and a spacious bathroom and full kitchen.
Just a few minor suggestions: like maybe a towel bar in the bathroom. And maybe milk or cream in the fridge and perhaps sugar to go with the lovely coffee beans.

The studio was clean, bright and had many perks including a Bluetooth speaker, a full-sized fridge, washer and dryer, dishwasher, multiple coffee-making devices and full array of kitchen utensils. Once I figured out how to work the window shades, they did a pretty good job of blocking light out early in the morning. It wasn't a large place, but it had everything needed for one or two people and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The building is close to tons of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. and only a few minute walk to access all subway lines.
A couple of things could've used some more explanation - the aforementioned blackout shades, the Bluetooth speaker, etc. There were no towel racks or soap dish in the bathroom, so I had to get creative. I'm sure this varies depending on room, but my view was mainly of the top of a parking garage and an alley filled with trash and pigeons. The gym - well, if you're hoping to get a full resistance workout, temper those expectations. There were a few odd hydraulic machines, one 15 lb. dumbbell and one 15 lb. kettle bell. No other free weights.

It was thoughtful to have a roll of paper towels for our use in the kitchen.
I wish there had been a couple of vending machines for things like water, soda, and a snack. When we arrived it was late, and I didn't want to go out.

So nice. Well appointed, roomy, elegant, comfortable, great location.
Street noises a little much from local bars/trash trucks early.

big open air space and much better value than staying in a hotel
a coat of paint would go a long way

Roost is my go to spot in Philly. We always stayed at Rittenhouse location before but this time it was only available starting from a three night booking. We got two bedroom instead of a one bedroom. I love the design of the Roost and all the amenities. There were two gallons of filtered water in the fridge and there was a water/sparkling water station on the floor. I wish every town had Roost!
Midtown Roost is definitely a nosier neighborhood than Rittenhouse. There were people shouting outside the hotel till most likely 2am. Roost is located on 5th and 6th floors of an apartment building and you can clearly hear people screaming at night during Fridays/Saturdays. It's center location and i guess this is something you have to deal with . Luckily with the two bedroom, we went into the second bedroom which had no windows and had a queen bed vs king. Not ideal but we had to do it to get more sleep.

The decor was great with high ceilings and the bed was comfortable. Friendly staff and great location. The place had a book exchange and water station for free. Washer and dryer in the room. No complaints.
Water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest but that's me being ticky tacky.
