A nice hotel managed by excellent staff

Staff at front desk were so warm, genuine and friendly. Great facilities, clean and comfy rooms. Good location and some great eating options. Our 2nd time staying there and would definitely go back.

There were some maintenance/cleaning issues with our first room but the response from service staff and the front desk was incredible. The bathroom was a bit dated and pokey but was fine.

We were in room 422 with a gorgeous view , the room was nice

The view , the pool area, the lobby and location

The funky smell on our floor , smelt moldy, the bathrooms were so small and the view from our room was just gorgeous until you looked down on the rooftop and There was rubbish everywhere, wanted to jump down myself and tidy it up.

Spending $6000 for nine nights to just sleep and not be able to use the "resort" areas.

Location

Hotels are called hospitality facilities and there was nothing hospitable about it. Booking.com must change their advertisement because it is FALSE! The indoor aquarium are section off for restaurants and the large picture window aquarium room is closed for guests. They monetize the "resort" sections of the hotel. The pool facility forbids you to bring "outside" food that was not purchased in the hotel. We had a cup of soup and was denied access. All you can do is walk in and walk out if you don't spend anymore money in the hotel. The $48 parking was to find a open space. They overcharge resort fees at $58.99 while attempting slight of hand information to make you think it was the taxes.

Bell hops could have been friendlier. A smile and acknowledegment that you are waiting goes a long way. Other staff were great.

Great Hotel!

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel itself is in a great location, and there is easy access to shops and restaurants. The pool bar has great music in the evenings. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They texted every day to check in on our experience.

There is limited seating around the pool and it gets crowded during the afternoons. The rooms are only cleaned every 2 days, but the hotel accommodated us when we asked to have them serviced every day instead.

Pleasent because of the view

Location so close to the beach . We stayed in the Beachside tower - direct access to the beach without having to go through the lobby.

The continental breakfast- the room the staff the food offered all left a lot to be desired. Went once did not go again No teabags in the room

hotel was very close to the beach.

the swimming pool was a bit smaller than expected. Children couldn't get a chance to use the pool, as adults filled up the pool.

Great family place to holiday if you can afford it. The beach and water were perfect.

We loved the location, right on the beach, restaurants every where, easy to walk any where and felt very safe. The room was very clean and well presented.

Leaving and the cost of living in the area, it is expensive, but there are cheaper food options if your on a budget.

Location was amazing, right across from Waikiki beach.

The pillows were so soft, may as well didn’t have one. The fixed shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc that were on the wall were all empty. The reception was very slow, 20 minutes to get a toilet key - not practical

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per una tappa del nostro viaggio di nozze e siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti. Sapevano che era la nostra honeymoon e ci hanno fatto una sorpresa facendoci trovare alcune delizie tipiche hawaiane in camera. Struttura molto bella situata in posizione strategica a Waikiki. Vista dalla camera spettacolare. Ottimo il servizio della piscina gratuito con possibilità di ordinare un drink dal bar. Noi abbiamo preso una buonissima Pina colada (cara ma in linea con i prezzi della zona). Possibilità di self parking presso la struttura per 48 dollari al giorno.

Amazing room, from the size to the most coveted Waikiki beach view and the availability of the pull away bed was readily available as a prior request.

The safety box didn’t work, unable to unlock after putting in the code. Decided not to use it for entire stay. We had the impression that the toilet wasn’t flushing correctly on our 3rd night but was told it was after waiting for housekeeping to check. Both incidents’ response time could be improved.

- Toilet was leaking, puddles of water every time the toilet was used. reported several times, each time someone just cleaned the puddles rather than fixing the issue. - Room smelled damp. hallways also smelt damp. - Reception staff lacked enthusiasm, always long waits any time you wanted to check in / check out or ask a question - Limited sun beds round the pool. - over priced for the service
