Beautiful Christmas displays and indoor gardens. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean. Ride share area (with heat lamps!) located close to lobby was very convenient for scheduling rides into the city.
Room was very basic, no decor whatsoever. The arrangement of the sink was not very convenient for a lady to get ready to go out. Too little counter space. Everything at the hotel was very expensive, water park, boats in garden, ice skating, etc.... Located too far from city. I would not recommend staying here if your desire is to experience Nashville. Probably nice for a family with small children. Poor experience at on-site restaurant (Ravello).

Perfect location for the Grand Ole Opry! The place is huge, but plenty of places to eat. The Spa is wonderful!
Way too big!

Breakfast was not that great. Would prefer a table service cafe breakfast with French toast, quiche, etc.

I loved everything.
I got engaged here. It was absolutely the most beautiful and perfect place for the proposal.
Staff was amazing, food was delicious at all restaurants, the fresh air, the view, the music, the overall energy of the place. This trip was the most memorable. The most relaxed and at peace I have been in years. I will definitely be back.

this the third time in 6 years that we have booked a room at your beautiful hotel, we are saving to go back sometime again, we were supposed to spend 4 days on this dream vacation, but we had an emergency and had to cut it short by 2 days, we were celebrating our 52-wedding anniversary, we are looking to coming back again in the future, we like everything about your hotel, specially the people who work there, they go out of their way to make sure we are having the time of our lives.
cannot find anything that we did not like.

Open courtyards. Shuttle. Helpful checkin staff. Proximity to Grand Ole Opry.
Bugs in bathroom. Rooms were never changed in two days….no replacement water, no clean towels, limited toiletries, beds not made. Breakfast items in cafe(Bravo gelato) were expired. Poor signage - hard to locate room & other facilities. No facility map or directory in room.

The rooms could be updated. Bathroom is small.

The property is beautiful and clean. Everything you need is onsite and there’s plenty of options for things to do.
Food was a little pricey for what it was but sometimes you pay for convenience. I would definitely recommend valet parking if you plan to leave the hotel.

The resort is amazing! Room was good but should have 2 chairs in it as it has 2 beds! Bathroom was quite small and Would be better with a shower cubicle. I hate a bath with a shower over it and also do not like shower curtains!
Did not like the bathroom as it was quite small and had a bath with shower over it. Especially didn’t like the shower curtain!

The hotel and gardens are beautiful.
For a being a premium hotel, and paying a premium to stay here, I feel the resort could have included parking in the price of our stay. An extra $37 per night for parking seemed unnecessary, especially when we stayed at The Guest House at Graceland and the new Heart Song Resort at Dollywood this trip, and both of these resorts offer FREE parking to hotel guests.
For as big as the gardens/atriums are, you can see all of it within an hour of walking around, then the novelty of it wears off. I did appreciate that they tried to make an event out of their water fountain at night time, but overall, the night time water show was underwhelming (and didn't seem all that different from the fountain at any other time of the day). All of the music seemed like royalty free songs you hear in cheesy Instagram/Tik ToK ads. In a resort that shares its name with the Grand Ole "Opry" and is located in "Music City," I was expecting to hear real country music!
I would have loved to see some other free perks for staying at this resort. Both the Guest House at Graceland (Memphis) and the Heart Song resort (Dollywood) had LIVE music nightly, and nightly snacks/treats. Having some extra little things like this would majorly increase the vibe at this resort.

My now wife and I stayed there on 3-23-2024. It was our honeymoon. We decided to come stay there instead of going to gatlinburg. We went to check in at the front desk and the gentleman that checked us in (his name is Tom) upgraded us to an atrium balcony view room. And told us congratulations. My wife and I are very grateful for OPRYLAND hotel kindness!
Nothing.

Location was great.
The scenery at opry was majestic.
The bed was very comfortable
Room was very clean.
1.Walls are paper thin. No privacy. Had to hear ppl in rooms next to us majority of time.
2. High school Kids not being supervised that were in competitions & being loud & disruptive in the hallway at all hours of night.
3.Security was non existent.
4. Brought attention to staff/mgmt & was blown off.
5. Was refused military discount even after I showed my ID.
6.Charged $76 for a breakfast buffet that wasn't worth $10.
7. Towels/wash cloths were worn & very ruff on skin

Check in/out and valet services were on par for a resort of this type. The scenery is beautiful and the spa/salon services were excellent if you're a woman, however no barbershop on site the attendant completely ignored me and only waited on the women, he was quite rude in his manner towards me when I asked about barber services, so I had to leave the resort for that. The shuttle service would be improved by having a posted schedule as to destinations and times (I saw quite a few people getting on, then off after waiting 10 minutes or more and the shuttle not leaving.
Cleanliness left much to be desired, used empty beverage glasses left lying around all day, including right in front of our room on the floor in the hallway. The cashiers at the deli in delta Island seemed more concerned with gossip than with serving the customers, the cheese panini was way over cooked and over priced, and the cost of the other sandwiches and salads was extremely high for something that could be purchased from a gas station for half the price and better quality ie. Fruit salad was frozen, roast beef sandwich was soggy, Caesar salad was limp/soggy and didn't come with a fork or dressing.

It has a lot to offer if you come for a week
Too big. Difficult to find your way inside

I wasn’t given breakfast because I was denied as I was checking in saying I didn’t pay for this. Then the pillows stunk like cigarettes, and they overcharged my card by almost $100.
This used to be such a nice place, but for $725 I could’ve had a week somewhere else and a much nicer time. I will never go back.

it was really nice inside, shopping is a few minutes away
it was ridiculously overpriced. Dinner was terrible and well overpriced for horrible pasta, most places are not open.
I have traveled the world and stayed in all types of accommodation but this was well overpriced for what it is.
check out is by 11am, they knocked on the door at 7.30am asking if I was leaving, they knocked again at 9am
as I was packing up for an international flight I was not ready and now annoyed, I was now staying until 11.
at 11 they turned off the TV and the lights and hammered on the door.
to charge people that amount per night then do that the next day is not ok.

Old Hickory Steakhouse treated me and my wife with upscale service. We can on Valentine’s Day which is our anniversary and my birthday week. The staff honored both and even signed and gave us a card for each occasion. While we were waiting, the waiter went as far as awarding us with free appetizers (crab claws) due to have to wait for our food. The free chocolate cake for my birthday topped off the great service.

I have stayed several times with different work events. My wife had never stayed. She was amazed she loved it
We were both a little disappointed in Ravellos the setting was beautiful and the service was amazing. The food how ever was not as good as I was expecting.

Beautiful plants/trees/flowers everywhere. Great live music. A fun boat ride inside the property. Good food. The hotel gave us a delicious gift package for our 25th anniversary.
They told us there was a free shuttle to Grand Ole Opry. They told many guests the same, but did not/ would not provide one due to an “unsanctioned event” there.

Cory was fabulous. He helped with our luggage, got a wheelchair for my dad, and was able to upgrade my parents to a cascades balcony room since it was my Mom’s 80th birthday. We had a wonderful time at dinner at Ravello where the staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. We loved the fountain show, drinks at a bar, and so much more. The beds were super comfortable and rooms spacious.
We could hear music playing all night from our room( garden section). Not sure if it came from the sound waves arcade( which was outside our window) or another source, but it played continuously thru the night and unfortunately disturbed our sleep.
Picking up my parents , who are older and have physical limitations, during check out was difficult , as there was not an easy way to exit parking lot and return to the lobby entrance where they were waiting.
