Very comfortable and accommodating.

Friendly staff Even though there was an issue with an unexplained for in the room, we were given a room change right away.

I wont be coming back....

There was a smell thought the hotel like mold or something. My room didnt have a desk for me to work at. It was also a room set up for a disabled person.

Only there for one night but it was a very great place to stay if you want friendly staff, conveniences, and cleanliness

Convenience, front desk staff excellent and very honest! I had left envelope with money in it by rushing, and the gentleman at front desk called me back over to desk and said “I think this is yours”! He was a very honest trustworthy gentleman!

Gutes Frühstück, gute Lage. Kann man für Nashville empfehlen.

Sauber, und ordentlich. Hatten Zimmer von der Autobahn abgewandt-daher ruhige Lage.

Der Kaffee zum Frühstüch war- obwohl wir „bold“ gewählt haben - zu dünn.

We will be back to explore Nashville again. The Comfort Inn will be our 1st choice.

The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast as there was a good variety of food.The location was perfect for the activities we had planned.

The area around the bathroom door handle needed to be cleaned.

Enjoyable and stress-free!

Well located. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. We missed the breakfast provided at hotel, so Cracker Barrel became our go to, just steps away. The shuttle service was the best for $10 return trip per person.

Great Room with a Cold Breakfast

The staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. Our king-bed room was huge, but may not be representative of all the rooms, Location was great for visiting the Grand Ole Opry close by, but not walking distance for most. The price was much better than equivalent rated hotels in that area.

The hot breakfast was cold the day we were there. The breakfast attendant was microwaving your plate to heat things up. I was concerned that this might be a health violation. I was assured it was a temporary problem and I hope they fixed it.

It's your basic hotel. It was clean. Everything was fine.

YOUR STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE. WE HAD A MISHAP ON TRANSPORTATION FROM OPRYLAND AND WE CALLED THE COMFORT INN.HURSTON YOUR EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY CAME AND PICKED US UP AFTER HIS SHIFT WAS OVER AND BROUGHT US BACK TO OUR ROOM.I WAS AMAZED THAT HE WOULD DO THIS FOR US.HURSTON WENT OVER AND ABOVE AND WE WILL NEVER FORGET HIS KINDNESS THANKS
