Rooms were excellent! Staff was nice!!! Pool and hot tub were nice!
I wish the pool and hot tub stayed open longer but I get it!

We ended up with inside rooms.... for a additional 25$ per night.
was not aware that we booked outside rooms ... which is unacceptable. The above charge was not expected.

Location, cleanliness
Our room was not very easy to get to. Also, the shuttle stopped running before our conference at the Gaylord was over each night.

Convenient location, very clean and quiet rooms. Comfortable bed.
Room was very small especially the bathroom. The easy chair was unsittably uncomfortable. The food and service in the restaurant/bar was not very good.
5.0
It was everything we look for in a hotel.
Everything was great. No complaints.

The outside looked older and I was worried but when I came in, it was so cute and welcoming. We had an exterior room which the kids loved. Room was clean, bathroom clean. The girls loved the decor.
I have no complaints.

The room was not particularly clean 😞

The front desk staff that checked us in were super nice. I think her name was Tatyana.
The beds in the room were small.

The venue where our show at was close.
There was construction going on that I wasn’t made aware of, the toilet ran all night. The fumes of paint gave me a headache. There’s no way on earth that was worth $400 for 16 hours of a stay. I was expecting something more luxurious for that price.
4.5
Great location; friendly, professional staff; clean property
A bit high for the size of the room and breakfast not included

Location
The property needs lots of improvements ,I understand under construction but really nothing to offer guest but the price is still as if it is 100%.Was supposed to get $50 credit for being locked out of our room ( not to mention outside entrance). Battery dead for key ! Check in desk spoke with us completely apologetic about the inconvenience, offered the $50 still no refund .Not sure where the communication fell through the cracks.

it’s was nice
my room 1102 the water in the shower was cold and didn’t get hot then the room had no heat to pay almost 300for one night i was disappointed.
2.5
Convenient to Confernence location(huge Gaylord). And staff were informative and friendly.
Small bathroom, dinning hours seemed limited, and weird layout in center of the hotel/motel. There was an indoor pool with carpet around the area and looked like it could be used for breakfast buffet, but what looked like a bar had minimal food options.
2.5
The staff was mostly very nice.the rooms were clean.
Our first day there, we had Hammer drills on the walls at 7 am. Then hammering. We asked to be moved. Which they did do. They should not have put anyone in that area.
3.5
It was a rather standard motel-style inn. It was nice enough, but unspectacular.
The pool was in the middle of the resort with hardly any partition separating it from the rest of the atrium. This made things a little awkward.
The pool was also only open from 9AM to 9PM, making it essentially unavailable to any adult who wished to swim without the presence of children. Most hotel pools open at 6 or 7AM.
The breakfast options inside the hotel were limited.
The in-unit air conditioning was loud and incapable of maintaining a steady room temperature. It would alternate between uncomfortably warm to uncomfortably cold, with very little in between.
The ceilings were low, and the shower heads were uncomfortably low for anyone my height or taller (6’3”)

No breakfast
Dirty towel left on the chair. Half used tub of lotion left for us to use. Had to ask for a new on. Window shade was broken. And hairs left on bathroom floor. Drain in shower did not drain properly

My room was on outside wall which was sketchy. Was VERY disappointed

Staff very nice
Our hskeeper very helpful
Very old & outdated….dark
Took pictures of peeling ceiling
Towel hook gone…hole left
No grab bars for extremely high tub
Left room….got locked out…nite security latch closed…had to be cut off…waited over 30 min for engineering to get to us…
3.5
Comfy bed
Way too expensive for what it is. Room dated and needs modernising. The ensuite bathroom was more like a cheap motel - very small and pretty awful.

we liked the pool wasn’t crowded
They advertise photos that turns out to be the property across the street and throw a couple of the actual facility. Very run down/outdated big gap in the front door made a big draft. The bathrooms are so small you can’t close the door when you stand in them you have to stand in the shower to do it. We didn’t like there wasn’t a microwave. Also our towels were all stained and dirty looking. They also advertise a queen size bed these were full sized beds so my husband didn’t fit on it. When we go to Nashville again we won’t stay there. But the restaurant backstage grill was amazing.

The staff was exceptional in all ways. Gracious and helpful in difficult situations . Understanding and kind . The cleaning staff were amazing and he4lpful. I will be coming back. Thank you.
The restaurant needs to be open later . Maybe earlier too with a breakfast menu. Better communications with the shuttle company would be greatly appreciated.

Location was good and the bed was comfortable.
It was super loud until late at night. We stayed away from the city to hopefully be away from the young people that are there to party. Unfortunately on our first day there, while waiting for an uber, a bunch of young drunks kids came out. One of them proceeded to throw up all over one of the pillars outside the front doors. It stayed there throughout our stay and was not cleaned up.

it was hard too cut the air off so the room was freezing other than that everything else was great

always a nice place to stay
I was charged 275.45 for cancellation and I completed my stay

we stay at least once a year and it’s always fine. Daughter loves the big swimming pool. we like walking over to the Opryland location
the doors for going in and out of the rooms are really noisy, that’s about it.
