Could have been better if the reservation and contractual agreement was honored by the hotel.

The aesthetics was beautiful, enchanting and picturesque until you got to the rooms that was falsely advertised

Bookings said I would have a double room with jacuzzi, when I got there I was informed that they did not have double rooms and what I paid for was a standard king room even though I showed them the detailed description from the bookings confirmation. I was not compensated for the deception. I was only offered to cancel my room even though they knew there was a women’s conference and football game in the city and all the nice rooms were booked up at other hotels. Needlessly to say I chose this hotel for the amenities I was told was included just to be downsized with no type of refund or apology for being inconvenienced and lied to on the bookings website. Another disheartening fact is the breakfast options were superb the first morning, offering fresh omelettes and waffles, however they did not offer these options after that morning. So disappointing!!

We’ll be back

The breakfast was fantastic and I have told everyone about it. My Husband spoke about it for days and that really means a lot. The dining room is beautiful and the staff were so friendly. We left tips every morning. We will be back next year.

The bathroom needs a little TLC but the room was clean and very nice decor.

Cozy and inviting!

The facility is very clean and inviting! The decor is cozy and well-presented. The staff greeted me right away and they were super warm and welcoming despite it being late in the evening. I was alone and I really appreciated the set up of the hotel- it's set up almost like a little city circling the courtyard/concierge. I felt very safe. The room was equipped with everything I needed and even a blanket!

I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn't change anything.

Breakfast is lavish and super nice. Room was bright and brand new furniture. I love the large smart TV in the room. The lobby is huge and beautiful.

Finally, a hotel where the staff genuinely cares. The beds are super comfortable, Lobby is big and beautiful. Very convenient location. I love the otdoor garden in the middle of this large hotel.

Best Wyndham I ever stayed at

This beautiful hotel has 2 pools, Indoor heated pool and outdoor pool with beautiful garden. 8 Minutes from the Cowboys stadium. Breakfast has so many options. Restaurant and bars are really nice. with 24 hours room service also available. This is a beautifula and new hotel. Love it!!

Loved the brand new Wyndham.

Loved the brand new Wyndham and it heated pool with extra large hot tub. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool, but we enjoyed walking in their private garden. Staff was super friendly and the food from LaPerle restaurant was very delicious. LaPerle bar offered a large variety of drinks and Dallas Connection was the best drink, ever.

Best Hotel at DFW Airport. Everything is brand new in this hotel. Tastefully decorated with top class finishes. Lobby is like a Palace. 2 Pools. Indoor Pool and and Outdoor Pool. Beautiful garden views from rooms. Plenty of parking all around the hotel. So close to DFW Airport. LaPerle Restaurant and Bar serves delicious food. Starbucks in the lobby. Very clean rooms. Highly recommended.

Brand New. Very close to DFW Airport. No traffic light between DFW Airport and Wyndham. 2 Thumbs up.

Brand New Hotel. Great Experience. Will certainly stay there again. 2 Pools...Wow... Breakfast was very good, lots of hot items, cooked to perfection. LaPerle Restaurant food was amazing. Ribeye steak was delicious. Lobby is eye catching. Amazingly beautiful garden. Starbucks in the lobby. Location is perfect; right across from DFW airport. No traffic light to stop at. 24 hours shuttle. 24 hours room service. We had a great time.

I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car

trash everywhere, construction in lobby so loud noises , dirty tables , sidewalks, elevator had vomit in it , carpet was dingy and dated , staff was slow they had no clue what was going on , the fire alarm went off 4 times in my 3 day stay

DO NOT STAY HERE

nothing this place was absolutely terrible

the place was so dirty and under construction it needs to be shut down. severely understaffed and the staff that do work there are incredibly rude and threatening the dude at the front desk threatened me with a gun on his hip as I was asking for towels?!?! no ac in the room, bugs, hair in towels. some rooms have do not disturb signs and most do not, if you don’t you have to hand make one for them to not come in your room. AND even if you do that they will still bang on your door and yell at you through the door. there’s so many other things I could complain about but all I’m saying is is do not stay here unless you know these circumstances. no puttputt and the hot tub was cold, homeless people living there and everywhere . smells so bad everywhere.

Nothing. Will never stay there again!

The room was cold, (heat didn’t work), dirty and run down. Lamp shades were torn up. Furniture was dirty, worn and dated. Curtains had organic growth. Towel looked dirty as well as the sheets. No refrigerator in the room. Tub drain stopper missing.shower head had scum all over the face. Bathroom sink drain leaked. There are holes in the drywall in the bathroom.

Checking in and out is much slower than average hotel

Atmosphere is nice indoor pool and amenities

They charge $100 deposit then make you wait a long time to check the room at checkout to get UT back.
