The location is close to AT&T Stadium. The room is big and well equipped with a full refrigerator, microwave, kitchen and dishwasher. They gave complimentary water which is a nice touch.
The breakfast is really basic, pretty much everything is packed. No cheese or ham, no fruits, no pastries, . The air conditioner was really big and noisy to be used at night.

This stay was for my son and bride as part of a leg on their honeymoon. Upon their arrival, they were required to pay for their stay even though I had already paid through Booking.com. After I waited on hold 2 times while Booking.com and the property tried to sort out my payment, my son called me at midnight to tell me 2 men from the hotel were pounding on their door and told them his credit card was not working. I am absolutely astonished the hotel staff (let alone 2 men) would pound on any guests door at midnight for any reason!!! Side note: it was the hotels fault they could not process my Booking.com payment.

I had paid $149 per night for a Queen suite but I don’t believe I was charged for the correct rate. Our room was downgraded due to the AC on all of the suites not working

Maryam and ulyses stood out the most. They were niceeee and pleasant always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I appreciate them during our stay. Breakfast had just ended when we got there and she went into the kitchen and found my son something to eat . I assume she realize we had just got off a super early flight . I appreciate that gesture it meant alot to him as well.

location was close to the AT&T stadium
Our flight got delayed & we didn’t check in till close to 4am. Fred helped us get our reservation we booked when we first got there. he was working at the front desk at the time, he told us to go ahead & ask the manager to see if she could extend our stay for 1 extra night due to the inconvenience of our delayed flight for the first night. We Tried talking to front desk the next morning & was trying to explain our situation to the lady who is a supervisor at the front desk (Hana) & all I got was rude service & a comment from Hana saying in her own words, “Yes I’m that rude person.” After asking why she was being so rude & not helpful. Hana told us they couldn’t do anything because we went through a third-party. Hana said we would have to call third party in order for them to do anything on their end. We called that third-party ,Third party said sure let’s see what we could do to help you for the inconvenience.. They called & the front desk answered & said Hana said “no we cannot help, no refund, no added extra night, nothing. Hana continued to give us a hard time & not be helpful with our situation or stay.” I had a horrible experience from beginning of my stay there all the way to the end. I’ll never be returning due to Hana & her rudeness & not wanting to help us at all.

The breakfast was delicious. My stay was extremely great. Bed was comfortable and it was so clean and quiet. It meet my expectations like I was at home for real. My over all experience with booking for the first time was fantastic.

No soap in the shower. Bath tub mat was tossed on kitchen counter. AND the worst is that I left my wedding band of 32 years, called to recover because I knew exactly where I left it, only to discover that it had been stolen by housekeeping. That is despicable and such a sad commentary on human nature in general.

Nice room and clean
I was unlucky to get the room close to reception and had the light and sound from reception leaking into my room all night and with a loud receptionist talking all night it disturbed my sleep greatly

Staff was super friendly . They have a shuttle to airport and also let you use it for free to pick up food from close by restaurants
