The staff was so friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean, quiet area, it was super close to our concert venue and near by fast food restaurants making it easy as a traveler to navigate to and from the hotel.
Nothing it was a great stay!

Spa baths were broken. I asked for someone to look at it, they ensure me they would be fixed the following morning when I asked again about the following afternoon they wanted to tell me that they would discount a night, they didn’t not come look nor fix it since no maintenance was i

The front desk lady was super nice upon arrival
It was dirty!!!! Really dirty!! There were bugs in the shower, in a towel when I went to get ready to shower, and the floor (carpet) was stiff and DIRTY feeling!! Also, someone was smoking weed and it was SO strong smelling through the second floor that when I got home - my husband asked me why my clothes smelled like pot!!! I have never smoked!

close to DFW and affordable. man who checked me in was kind and did all he could to keep me at the property for the night.
I could not stay here. I paid for the room through Booking and met my obligation, but I was not able to tolerate the condition of the rooms. I was on property for less than 15 minutes, tried two rooms and notified the front desk I was leaving. I was offered yet another room, but declined realizing each room had the same condition and odor. The humidity in the rooms was pretty intense (could be the jacuzzi in the middle of it) the rooms are dated and may be clean, but don’t feel clean or well cared for. The lobby is nice and updated, which does not match the halls or rooms. The cleaning products they use were overwhelming and masked mold, strong food smells and cigarette smoke. The hallway smelled of food and cigarette smoke. The front desk wanted to help and me to stay, but I could not and it was better for me to forfeit my $100 at 12:30am after a long flight and walk in the rain to a neighboring big brand hotel for $200 so that I could rest and sleep without a headache and feeling creeped out. That was the right decision for me. I hope Quality Inn owners will take this feedback seriously and address these problems and put money into renovations and update. Stop masking smells with overpowering chemical products. This Inn is not Quality.

property was close to where I needed to go and they did let me check out an hour and a half later than checkout time
property was old and runned down. nearly any lighting in the room. it was fine for one night although lighting was really needed. shower pressure was very weak. I was charged twice and they said they couldn’t do anything and to contact my credit card company. charge did fall off after a few days.

I like that I had reservations, then was told they had no rooms, then said they only had a dirty room, then went and cleaned it at 3 in the morning so I could sleep between 3:30 and 7 a.m. so I could catch a bus since my flight was canceled.
I arrived and there was no staff at the front---I knocked and yelled but no answer, so I fell asleep on the lobby couch for twenty minutes until the laundry service woke me up thinking I was the staff member. We waited for ten more minutes and the staff guy arrived; told me he had no room; and I said I was not leaving the building since I had a reservation and that forced him to get a room ready for me---I am 70 years old in a few weeks!

I liked that it was clean. The staff was friendly and tried to help where they could.
They had no roll away bed, hot tub did not work, pillows was not good. No room service came at all for trash even. Breakfast was blah. Just microwave eggs and microwave sausage egg biscuits. Other foods ok.

I always stay at this hotel. Value for money is very good. everything is very good except for the gym: old and without maintenance. The gym is always important for us who travel a lot. The problems are the same as 3 years ago: the bike doesn't work, the treadmill is old and needs more itens like dumbbells. Please invest more in the gym and buy more items and you will be the best option in the area.

I stayed twice two nights in a row the second room had a musty smell the service was great at the service counter but their breakfast leaves much to be desired no cereal bowls for cereal not really a great choice for hot breakfast other than that I was pleased
Not impressed with their breakfast it could have been far better there were no bowls for cereal they use tubes of syrup instead of the syrup you can pour on your waffles and there didn't seem to be any bread for toast
