2 friends. 1 night. SFO airport.

We paid an extra (20$USD) to get our room 3 hours in advance so we could enjoy the really nice hot tub and pool. Starbucks in the hotel is great. Close to the airport. Airport shuttle is scheduled every 15 minutes and we tested it. Good job. Clean room. Very confortable bed.

A little expensive, but okay.

酒店地理位置很好，打车到机场几分钟就到了，酒店服务不错，环境也很干净，床很大，早餐尤其棒！

唯独酒店设施有些老旧，灯具还是地灯和台灯，像上个世纪的，用起来非常不方便，晚上十一点到达酒店满屋子摸黑找灯💡

It was fine.

It wasn’t far from the airport, rooms were a nice size and the restaurant was open until 10:30

My only issue was there was a weird noise in my room. I stayed in room 327, and you could hear a loud noise every so often.

Pleasant enough, but read above. Again, food was very good.

Location, large room, restaurant food excellent.

$48.00 per day to park is outrageous. Hotel needs updating - badly stained carpet in our room. Most of all, we arrived at 1 PM and they had a room, but charged us $20.00 to check in early.

A very decent option for a stay before a flight.

The location was very nice as we were flying out the very next day. The restaurant and bar seemed to be open and serving very late. Checkin was nice and they delivered a baby bed to our room.

A very expensive breakfast was not included in the stay. If you have to pay for breakfast, $38/person is very steep. Some surfaces in the room were clearly not cleaned before our stay. The property seems a bit old and in need of updating.

Convenient to SFO.

We typically stay here when we have a long flight out of SFO - convenient and predictable. Glad we did not have to pay for WIFI this time.

Muy buena ubicación, tuve mala suerte con ruido en las habitaciones

Ubicación excelente con respecto al aeropuerto, muy conveniente si tienes un layover o muy larga conexion.

Me cambiaron dos veces de habitación, un ruido muy fuerte que no lograron saber que era, fue molesto tener que cambiarse dos veces muy tarde y con pocas horas de descanso

Cozy, Warm and definitely worth for a 2nd visit

The location was good and even it was so close to the airport. We barely heard any noises.

I think the building can have more green plants on each floors near the entrance. And it was pretty dry in the room when the air con was on.

Great place to stay if you need to stay near SFO for 1-2 nights

Very helpful staff, comfortable room and bed, conveniently located near SFO. Also have storage on the first floor for your luggage so you do not have to bring it up to your room. There's also a small cafe in the lobby where you can get coffee and breakfast to go.

Need to expand the size of the main doors so that large suitcases/duffle bags can make it through the doorway on the luggage carts.

チェックインに時間がかからなかった。さらにチェックアウトはただキーを渡すだけ。余計な時間がかからず良かった。空港から近いロケーションは素晴らしい。

Good location if you have a night layover in SFO

Clean and quiet room, very close to airport and they provide a shuttle.

Some issues with my booking, got locked out of my room 2 times. once because the dates were not input according to my requested time and second time supposedely because the cards de-magnetized (2 cards at same time??) could be. It was solved promptly by the staff but still an annoyance.

Perfect for short term stay and convenience to get to airport.

Close to airport, shuttle service was great. Close to BART station.

Tub and shower not cleaned as well as it could have been. Drain very clogged, water build up during shower. Conditioner leaking into tub. Walk to BART station not pleasant. And no shuttle drop off to BART.

Great location near SFO

Location. Super friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Bayside walking trail across the street.

The room-Tired and/or outdated rooms, squeaky plastic under all of the carpet in the room, so annoying. Squeaky bathroom door, missing art with screws left in the wall.

A good comfortable Hotel for a layover / stopover at SFO

I stayed at the Westin as a layover at SFO before catching my flight the next day. A very nice spacious room with good facilities for a comfortable stay with a good comfortable bed and aircon. The Breakfast buffet onsite was very nice and plentiful with more coffee always on offer by staff, but the Breakfast is maybe a little pricey for some people. Staff are very nice and very approachable if you have any queries. The Hotel Stuttle Buses between the Hotel and the airport terminals at SFO are very good and very much appreciated. For this Hotel look for the Bus covering The Aloft and Westin hotels at the shuttle bus pick up point outside the airport terminal.

Not much to dislike, Just a good straight forward comfortable Hotel to stay at the airport, before catching an onward flight.

Location is really close to the airport and the shuttle was very convenient. Also, room was geberally nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is a bit dated. Just a slight change in the color of the walls and/or flooring would do so much (!) as the furnirure is still very nice. These carpets gave us a nightmare. The two of us had to take our 5 big suitcases to the end of the long hallway to get to our room. That was way harder than it should be. Also, in the description of the hotel they said 24 hour room service is available but that is not exactly true. We arrived pretty late so we were condemned to Uber Eats. If you don’t arrive hungry and tired after midnight and you don’t have loads of suitcases then hotel is a perfect choice.
