Bonne chambre non loin de l'aéroport

Chambre très agréable, propre et située près de l'aéroport (environ 10 minutes en navette plus facile à avoir en provenance de l'aéroport que pour s'y rendre). Silencieuse. Nous avons pu bien nous reposer avant de reprendre l'avion.

La navette pour l'aéroport déjà pleine à 4h du matin car elle passe dans un autre hôtel d'abord. Musique dans l'entrée de l'hôtel un peu forte qui tourne toujours à 4h du matin. Cela peut agresser les oreilles sensibles.

Good hotel very close to SF Airport with Shuttle Service.

The hotel has a shuttle service that runs everyday till late. It is very beautiful and clean, the bathroom was very big and they have a bar that also offers some food options and cool drinks, very convenient. It is very close to the airport, very cozy and modern. They even have a small fitness and pool for the guests. Staff was ok, the lady that served us at the bar was very friendly, the staff at the reception were there and did their job but that was it, no smiles, no friendly approach to the guests. We would stay there again when in SF.

Ojo con el Shuttle

Las instalaciones son super cómodas y limpias

Te dicen en recepción que puedes ir en shuttle al aeropuerto por parte de ellos. Que estés 5 minutos antes . Yo estuve 15 minutos antes (3:50 am) y poco a poco llegamos a ser 14 personas. Llegó el bus (4:05 am) pero venía de otro hotel y solamente tenía espacio para una persona. Nadie entendió nada y tuvimos que pedir Uber. Por suerte no perdí mi vuelo. Deberían ser más específicos con ese servicio.

Great family-friendly airport hotel with everything we needed.

Hotel has convenient location, fresh personality and all the amenities a family needs.

I wish I had known about the airport shuttle details beforehand through the listing. Shuttle service was great and would have made our arrival from rental car drop-off less of a hassle.

Overpriced, to automated and impersonal.

Clean and large rooms, though right next to the airport, it was relatively quiet. Shuttle service ran very frequently.

No complementary breakfast. Just foods that are expensive and you warm up yourself. The robotic machine was rebooting for the 14 hours we were there. Lacks the personal touch.

Not pleased!!! Disgusted by the service and treatment I received

I had an Uber eats order that the staff refused to deliver to my room even tho I told them that I had taken my medication and feeling drowsy. When I finally felt better I went to the front lobby to be told that they don’t have my order anymore and since I needed water and when I spoke to MOD Jonathan. He was extremely rude and mouthy. It was disgusting. Will reach out to corporate

Woefully loud rooms and food was junk.

Room and windows shook every time a plane took off. Staff recognised this but didn’t have any other rooms. Totally pointless for an airport hotel. Only food was chicken wings. Bizarre.

Very comfortable beds, very clean, very convenient for the airport. Great airport shuttle service.

Due to a delay with the plane, we ended up checking in very early morning and found the check in staff not as friendly or helpful as they could have been.

The “grab and go” concept is a little off-putting. I had to go across the parking lot to the sister property Westin to get a true meal.

Close to airport, property was clean and great for overnight stay. Can be booked per hour over and above checkout time so you can relax before your flight.

No restaurant. Bar area where you can order food over the bar. Menu selection was basic. Snack shop/selection was interesting.

Exceed expectations! Excellent!

First time here and this place really rocks! So modern and professional. Staffs were friendly and hospitable. Room was spacious and nicely furnished with king bed and all the toilet amenities. Facilities provided (pool and gym) were great for some relaxing. The bar area came with wide spread of stuff to be purchased freely at anytime. The lobby lounge area was super chill, even with great live music! The free shuttle bus service to/from airport was essential and nice thought out. In short, I had a fantastic stay!

If I must scrutinize, I would suggest to provide clear signs and recommendations to nearby restaurants, BART station, etc. or even free shuttle service to the BART Millbreu station.

I would only stay there again if the price were right. Prices seem to fluctuate quickly here.

Airport shuttle was convenient. The lobby and dining/bar areas were a relaxing place to sit. The shuttle came every 15 minutes.

The room had some obvious defects in the walls, perhaps from an old leak or something? It looked like maybe cracks had been repaired (but not well.) It should be less obvious. The light switch for the bathroom was hard to find. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean. The ramen machine was out of everything but one dish.

Great way to transit for early San Fran flight!

Close to airport. Great activities to keep busy whilst in transit. Third stay here

The wake up call we had requested didn’t occur. Staff confirmed when we followed up that it was on the system. Could have been disastrous if we didn’t have a back up. In our last two stays though we have found both times that there has been a sub set of guests that have taken over the pool area and made it unpleasant for others to enjoy.

It couldn't have been more perfect for the intended stay.

Awesome modern bathroom. There was a door to separate the toilet and shower to allow privacy if you have a traveling companion. And the shower was a walk in. Also, we were on the freeway side and it seemed much quieter than other hotels I have stayed at in that area. Also there is a walking trail along the bay. And you can eat at the Westin restaurant next door which is very good. And the staff were very friendly.

The beds were fine but not the same quality as other Westin's but I'll take the bathroom any day over a plush bed.
