I would definitely stay again. Just hope for a cleaner room next time.

The staff was great and the access to resources was great. My view was wonderful .Bed was super comfy.

My room wasn’t cleaned well before my stay. Just seemed for the money I spent for 3 days that the room should have been thoroughly cleaned . I also had no information in my room about the tv or how to order room service etc. That would have been nice to have.

Muy lindo hotel pero sin WiFi en la habitación

Este hotel es super lindo, comodo y tiene una excelente ubicación, puedes ir a los lugares más populares caminando, sin embargo también tiene una parada de autobuses y una estación de tren muy cerca del hotel.

Nuestra habitación no tenía acceso a internet, solamente en el lobby nos podiamos contectar, intentamos solicitar asistencia pero el personal no estaba muy interesado en ayudarnos. Toda la estacia sin WiFi en la habitación.

Decent stay but was pricey.

Location was great

Cleanliness and facilities weren’t great. Struggled on most days to get hot water in the room, had maintenance check but wasn’t fixed by any means. As with any vegas hotel in the centre of the strip it’s very pricey inside.

Ottimo prezzo per una sistemazione storica nella Strip

Ottima posizione al centro della Strip, albergo storico, camera spaziosa e pulita con bella vista, ottimo prezzo.

In camera non c'era la macchina per il caffé, sempre presente negli alberghi americani. La piscina grande è riservata a persone con più di 21 anni, per le famiglie resta una piccola piscina un po' triste. Per il check-in ho dovuto attendere oltre un'ora.

The swimming pool situation, there should be a system in place to prevent people occupying seats early in the morning and not using it until afternoon. Also the beds available are severely limited due to the amount of beds placed for extra payment.

Gutes Hotel um ein paar Tage in Vegas zu sein, tolle Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Großes Zimmer, großes Bad, Safe, Kühlschrank vorhanden, elektrische Vorhänge, bequeme Betten, am Strip gelegen, sehr zentral

Teppich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmerkarten funktionierten nur hin und wieder in den Aufzügen

We had a great stay and will book again

Multiple ways in and out of the property. The setup cut half of the walking you do at other resorts/casino stays.

The elevators are tricky and extremely hot.

L'emplacement est idéal. Le prix en semaine est plutôt bas. Self-parking possible (20€). Self check-in et check-out possibles.

C'est un peu l'industrie. Voisins très bruyants et pas d'insonorisation. Pas d'eau chaude (affreux).

Podía mejorar. Las vistas lo mejor.

Estaba en la mejor zona de Las Vegas. El hotel es una fantasía, está bien en cuanto a ocio y recreación. El precio no estaba para echar cohetes pero era el más barato de la zona. Las vistas de mi habitación fueron las mejores, dormí con las cortinas abiertas solo por contemplar el Strip de noche.

La habitación está vieja y poco cuidada, a primera vista se ve muy bien pero si te fijas está todo deteriorado, desde las cómodas hasta el armario, la caja fuerte e incluso el baño. Se nota que hay sitios detrás de los muebles que no cuidan mucho. Te cobran 60 dólares adicionales a lo que cobra booking al llegar al hotel y no te los devuelven.

Pésimo

La ubicación es muy buena

Me quedé 6 días y solo 1 día tuvimos agua caliente en la ducha, nunca nos avisaron del problema, pedi un reembolso y tampoco me reembolsaron nada. También llamé a recepción dos veces para pedir un nuevo control remoto para la televisión ya que el que teníamos no servía y nunca me resolvieron nada tampoco, la verdad el servicio fue pésimo!

Schlimmste Erfahrung! Nicht buchen

Das Zimmer war ganz schön.

Alles andere war schrecklich! Buchen Sie dieses Hotel nicht! Man musste nachts um 12 Uhr 3 Stunden warten zum einchecken, trotz online check in. Die Automaten gingen nicht und es waren nur 3 Leute an der Rezeption und haben 10 Minuten gebraucht um jeden Gast einzuchecken! Es dauerte insgesamt 3 Stunden weil es so eine lange Schlange hatte. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Eine Frau kam und schrie in der Lobby, dass es seit Tagen kein warmes Wasser hatte, die Security hat sie dann weggezogen. Und tatsächlich war der ganze Aufenthalt kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung! Das Personal war nicht bereit zu helfen, noch eine Rückerstattung zu machen. Ich wollte auschecken, doch sie wollten mir die übrigen Tage nicht zurück erstatten. Das Personal hat gelogen, um die Kundschaft hinzuhalten. Ich habe innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit 3 unterschiedlichen Leute von der Gästebetreung geredet. Der erste sagte ich solle das Wasser für 20 Min laufen lassen, dann ginge es. Die zweite sagte, es sollte eigentlich funktionieren aber sie schickt mir jemand zum schauen. Es kam niemane und der Dritte hat zugegeben, dass es nicht funktioniert aber er mir nicht weiterhelfen könnte. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht, trotz Anruf nach Zimmerreinigung. Die Dusche, die man nicht benutzen konnte war undicht und das ganze Bad war überschwemmt. Es kam jemand zum kontrollieren und sagte er hole etwas, um es zu reparieren und kam nie zurück! Schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich je erlebt habe und das Schlimmste war das herablassende, lügende und unfreundliche Personal! Man wird wie Dreck behandelt als zahlender Kunde! Der Gipfel kam zum Schluss. Trotz einer Anzahlung auf Booking für die erste Nacht, haben sie mir diese Nacht nochmals berechnet! Buchen Sie das Hotel nicht! Das Reinigungspersonal sagt selber, dass man das Hotel abbrechen sollte!

One Rotten Apple ruined it for me

Me and my friends were denied playing roulette by an South Asian lady and a Indian subcontinent employee, felt racially discriminated We were asked IDs which we showed still the lady refused, while allowing one to stay but we all decided to leave and as we were standing there confused the Indian subcontinent guy asked us to leave, making us feel like sub humans

Conheci o Cassino do Bugzy Siegel!

Localização , história da construção do cassino que foi idealizado por Bugsy" Siegel “

Passei frio, nao tinha cobertas deficiente no quarto , não tinha água quente, não consegui tomar banho , não funcionou o Junker , o ar condicionado só estava no frio . A cidade estava em 8 graus de frio ! Em fim, Bugsy Siegel está se revirando no caixão, pois o cassino quer atender a todos mas perde em atendimento e encantamento no cliente! Fiz 10.000 km para me hospedar em um ícone de hotel cassino que sempre quis conhecer! Mas o local é lindo e maravilhoso!

Ripoff never will stay there if I go to Las Vegas.

When booking I told them wanted a room and that I had a disable husband, small dog and cat. I was told it was 149.00 for both days. When I got there she was going to charge me 500.00 didn’t stay there and didn’t get the 73.00 fee back. I traveled from Minnesota to Las Vegas told all other motels that we traveled to ( Denver, Green River,Harrison, my husband , dog, cat situation and everyone of them replied back to tell me we were good. NOT GOOD FLAMINGO

Disgusting

There was nothing to like

There was mold in the shower and no hot water. The vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. You could write in dust on the phone. Stains on the carpet and scuff marks all over the walls. Plugging in my phone charger shorted out the room so all the lights went out… that was interesting. When I asked for another room, I was told housekeeping and engineering would be up to look at the issues. I hope you’re sitting down because big surprise, housekeeping never showed up. I’m not even sure they know that part of the hotel even exists! Engineering came to the room at midnight, turned the shower in and said “ You have hot water”. He said he’d be back with a new switch to fix the electrical issue. I asked him to pls wait until a reasonable time the next day if it wasn’t a fire hazard. He assured us it wasn’t a danger and left. The front desk staff was surly and dismissive. I felt like this stuff happens a lot there bc none of them seemed the least bit bothered by any of what was going on in the room. Spare yourself and stay somewhere else! We ended up leaving at 9am and checking in at Resorts World, which was beautiful!!

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage.Die erheblichen Nebenkosten machen das dann recht teuer

Toller Blick auf den Strip. Vorhänge gingen per Knopf auf . Fenster vom Boden bis zur Decke. Zimmer sehr groß und aucu wenn (wir am Empfang erwähnt) das ein Zimmer war was noch nicht renoviert war. War es völlig ok. Sehr schöne Anlage.

Resortfee ist einfach grundsätzlich zu hoch und fühlt sich wie ne doppelte Miete

We had a wonderful day. It was so centrally located and so much fun.

The queen bed I slept on was one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. I love the pool, but the pool was way too cold.
