Convenient location to where I had my business meetings. Comfortable and clean. Elmer's location very convenient, good food and very friendly staff.
A few glitches with WiFi, but eventually worked fine.

It's hard to find a positive thing about my stay, other than the response of the general manager and the other front desk clerk who listened to my complaints and tried remedying the situation. The general manager did release the incidental charge hold on my card and said she would comp me for 2 nights through booking.com, which I was told could take a couple of days to post. She also did offer me a late check-out of 4pm. There also was a nice front desk woman that I spoke with the day after my check-in, to complain about the egregious incidental fee I was charged, leaving me unable to rent a car for my stay and the embarrassment that I went through when asking about my room size being for 4 ppl instead of 5. She did try to help me in regards to there not being a cot. She brought in many blankets and pillows for my 13 year old son. He used the single sofa chair, an ottoman, and the office chair that was in my room as his bed, and that's what he slept on for 3 nights.
When I walked into this hotel on August 11, 2023 to check in for a 3 night stay, I could tell immediately that the Front Desk clerk seemed overwhelmed and a little bothered, as there were a couple of people ahead of me in line and she was the only person checking people in. When a current guest wanted to ask her a quick question, she rudely told them to get in the back of the line! Once it was my turn, she tried running an incidental fee on my card of almost $600. I immediately told her the only incidental charge she should be running is for $50 because I already paid in full for my stay, $469, on Booking.com. She then begins running some sort of mathematical calculations on paper. So I repeated to her that the charge should only be $50, as I already called this hotel in advance to verify this fee. She then told me to put my card in for the incidental fee. So I did. To later find that, she charged me over $400, leaving me unable to rent a car for my stay!! She claimed this to be MY incidental fee. I just could not believe it. When I get to my room, I find out that she gave me a room that fits/sleeps 4 ppl. Meanwhile, my registration is for 5 ppl, not 4. I asked her if there was a cot or rollout bed, or maybe if they could switch the room. She rudely and loudly told me in front of a lobby full of guests that there were no cots or roll-out beds. That it all depends on how WE sleep... To either figure it out or get ANOTHER ROOM!! I truly could not believe it. Just such a sad and outrageous attitude to have as a Front Desk Clerk to a Hotel. I was so taken aback, just completely flabbergasted by her completely rude behavior. There were so many other problems that I didn't even get to address because I was so outraged by her treatment. My room was not cleaned properly. Upon entering, the rugs were stained in various spots, and there are spots that are actually sticky. So don't walk around barefoot!

We booked because it said breakfast included, but it did not include breakfast then they charged more for thing I didn’t even get with the room which was so frustrating because they kept arguing but ended up paying for it because we had to leave. Very unprofessional, horrible never staying here again
The front desk lady, she was nice at first but then she got really rude and she lied about how much we were being charged stating she would give us compensation but she made bs numbers up and continued to argue, horrible customer service

Hotel is very easy to access from PDX. It's about a 20 minute rideshare trip to/from the airport or you can even use the Tri-Met/HOP bus and light rail to get there. While the area around the hotel (Gresham, OR) is a bit "backwoodsy," the hotel is very clean and modern once inside. The rooms are spacious and they have a 24/7 fitness center if you want to work out while staying there.
Biggest issue was the food situation. Your only real options are to walk, drive or take transit to the fast food places in the area or to eat at the Elmer's restaurant that this hotel is connected to. While the food and service at Elmer's is good, the one drawback is that it's dine-in only. When I went there with my girlfriend (who preferred to stay in her room for meals), I had to dine-in and then get her order 'to go" every meal. I feel like it would be much more convenient if you could just order online and then pick up your food in the Elmer's lobby.

Sheraton name doesn't mean nothing these days!
I'm the last guy ever to write a review for anything but this hotel is a straw that broke the camel's back!
I booked a room for 5 adults. The description of the room stated "1 × Deluxe 2 Queen Beds, Guest room, 2 Queen" so I figured it's 2 separate rooms with a sofa bed in the guest room. Turns out it was a single room with 2 beds sleeping 4 adults. I asked the unpleasant and unhelpful lady at the front desk for a room that would sleep 5 people but she told me that this is the largest room they offer, the hotel is completely booked so no rooms available, and there are no portable beds available. 10 min later my daughter went to the front desk and booked a separate room RIGHT NEXT TO OUR ROOM! We stayed 2 nights in room #118 with a musky smell, and a bathroom right out of a cheap motel. The swimming pool was closed, windows taped with gray paper and the water was green with algae. I don't know how this hotel is a 3-star with 7.7 reviews!
Breakfast not offered. Swimming pool closed, pool full of water with green algae

The location was good and overall hotel is clean. Little traffic and hotel not busy. I like the price compare to other places and free parking.
We stay in two queen bedroom mattress. The room mattress say queen but it felt more like a full. The room was small. The bedding have small blood stain (maybe it didn’t wash well). The staff was friendly but I do notice the staff didn’t mend the reception desk. Wi-Fi not available but for a fee it cost.

Facilities were simple, but clean and easy to enjoy
Booking.com incorrectly mentioned a free continental breakfast. When we grabbed breakfast nearby, the overzealous staff cleaned out our room and lost/tossed some of our possessions.

I like the first girl that checked us in, she maybe Hispanic/Asian looking, she was great! She answered all questions I may have, and 3rd day checking out a Caucasian girl is also great with the service.
Second day a Caucasian girl medium size was working, she was annoyed when I asked for the vouchers for next door diner, we were planning to hit the road next morning at 5am and the diner opens at 6.30am, I asked the employee if I could get the voucher so I can go get some food and just heat it up for the kids next morning, the employee lied about the diner is close already at that time it’s only 9pm and they’re closing at 10:30pm.
