Location good but noisy

The 24 hour airport shuttle is great!

It looks to be updated but there was a huge crack in the floor of the shower. More towels would be nice. There was a lot of noise throughout the night in the hallway which was unsettling.

Bad lighting, the room is dark… I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the microwave. And I could not figure out the cooling system, ended up having to use the fan, which was very loud and so I didn’t sleep well.

Staff amazing, room clean.

The food at the restaurant seemed to be out of cans. My son’s steak was cooked perfectly. That seemed to be the only thing cooked fresh.

Staff was friendly, helpful and room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

In the process of changing from a Sheraton to a Marriott. Had room on 4th floor that appeared to be remodeled and had plank floors-no carpet. Easier to clean and easy to know when it has been cleaned.

Elevator was quite a ways from front desk but not a big issue, just a little strange. Could not get a receipt at checkout unless I paid 1.53. They did email it for free but I think that is wrong.

I love this hotel because of how homie and comfortable it is. This is our second stay here

Honestly it’s pretty pricy and the breakfast is expensive for a continental breakfast. They also charged me twice after I prepaid for the hotel they charge my card again once we arrived and it was more expensive the second time they charged me?

Would stay there again!

Breakfast was great. Staff really friendly and easy check in since we were very late due to plane delay and it was quick as we were exhausted and appreciated it.

Did not have the breakfast had to get to the airport early. The bed was comfortable and nice pillows But to expensive for what is offered.

The breakfast should be included with the stay for how much the room cost.

Very good

Pool was great and the room was spacious for our family of three.

We had a plant stollen from the parking lot ~ yes, we were travelling with plants. And we were using the pool with our infant and a group of approx 10 teenage boys came in and we’re bombing/diving so we had to exit.

Bed was comfortable and the room was fairly quiet.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The price is too high for a typical hotel breakfast. Food in the restaurant could be better for the price charged,

poor and unsanitary

when I pulled back the sheets to go to bed there was a huge unwashed blood stain

when I called the front desk to inform it took 20 minutes of waiting for a call back just to find out she had forgotten about my call. when I tried to voice my concern about the blood the employee hung up on me. it took 20 more minutes to get a key to another room so I could finally go to bed.
