Meet my expectations

good, if possible, please open a little bit early.

It is better to put the label of Fairfield Inn & Suites on the shuttle bus although you cooperate with Holiday Inn hotel. But your costumers may not know they need to take Holiday Inn shuttle bus. Or you could ask the shuttle bus driver of Holiday Inn to remind the costumers of Fairfield Inn & Suites to take this bus. I did not know this information and saw several the Holiday Inn shuttle buses coming but I did not know I should take.

A pleasant stay and did the job for an overnight.

A quiet stay, in a clean and tidy space. Great breakfast.

Its a bit fa from the city centre. While we knew this before we booked it seemed further away than we remembered. The pool isn't great.

clean, safe and comfortable.

staff were really nice and helpful, location close by to the airport, rooms were clean, felt safe at all times, breakfast was excellent! airport shuttle was a super bonus to and from the airport! the complimentary drinks and lime water were great!

everything was great and met our expectations. only downside of our stay were the electronic entry cards had to be changed on a daily basis which was a bit of a pain, apart from that all good.

Was alright except for the behaviour of Josh.

Breakfast was pretty basic but adequate. Lacked fruits. Refill of finished items was slow.

I called the front desk to inform them I would be late (because my train was late) but the staff member who answered the call - Josh was rude and unhelpful. He threatened to give the room away and it was a tension I did not need as I was checking in after midnight.

Good choise when you need to stay close to the airport.

Good choise when you need to stay close to the airport. Shuttle works well, staff is kind and helpful. Room was nice and comfi. Price was exceptionaly good. Unfortunately the pool was under reconstruction when we were there. We also did not have a chance to try breakfast due to early flight. I can only recommend.

Will enter your room when sleeping!!!! No working TV!!! No breakfast if the time ends and you're in line.

House keeping came into a single mothers room with two infant kids before 8:30am!!!!!!!! The TV didn't work and repair guy didn't come until next day! Breakfast lady was rude and shut everything down when we were waiting in line. She even turned off the water machine when I was holding my kids water bottle!!

Not the worst experience, but not a great experience either.

Bed was comfortable.

Tv didn’t work, shower floor was stained, staff wasn’t friendly, breakfast was sad, with everything empty or almost empty.

Breakfast was late so we had to rush eating before leaving to the airport. It was good.

Exceptional

Great location, away from freeway noise, indoor pool and hot tub. The bed and pillows made me feel like I was sleeping on clouds. The continental breakfast was nice an had a little essential booth with some frozen meals if you didn't want to go out. Just a great overall experience.

Superb

Clean, comfortable, efficient check in and out. Quiet, no noise despire the nearby airport. Very convenient shuttle to and from airport. Helpful staff. Will return with pleasure.

The heating/ AC fan was a bit loud.

Best value in SLC for weekend of NBA All-Star game so thankful for decent rate.

smoke alarm missing, front desk worker at check-in showed no interest/concern in remedying this. vacuuming in room had missed peanuts on carpet under desk.

great location for an early morning flight

there was no internet/wifi, which are needed to do some work tasks. Only after reading a few previous reviews, do I now realise this has been a long term issue.

Decent hotel and good stay for the money.

Convenient location, nice that the Perkins is attached, pretty good breakfast options as well.

Cable was down our entire stay which is inconvenient when you have kids you are traveling with. Beds were a little creaky, but very comfortable.

Could have been better! :)

The room was clean and comfort, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The shower curtain was missing and there was no way to put it on. Luckily the staff gave us enough big towels to wipe the water on the floor.

been there twice in 2 months, first stay was great, second not so much, don’t know if they didn’t pay their Direct T.V b

got there to check in and they tell us they have no Direct T.V, but we can stream stuff. I’m 59 years old, the only stream I’m hoping for is in the restroom. they didn’t offer any price reduction 😡

Black mold in the bath room, rust in the bath tub, cable was out, never got new towels, swimming pool was ICE cold, algae in the hot tub!

Superb

Close to the airport, restaurant nextdoor, comfy beds, quiet hallways, and super friendly professional staff.

Shuttle is advertised as 24 hours but that was not the case.

Great hotel but disappointing bed change and pool closure.

The staff at the front desk and the shuttle were both outstanding. Also, in particular, Lori from the breakfast staff, was wonderful. She took such pride in her work and the hotel breakfast was the best buffet I can remember having at a hotel. I credit Lori for this!!! Also, the room was very clean and fresh!

We had booked a room with a king size bed but, when we got there, we were told that they overbooked and put us in a room with two double beds instead. We were disappointed about this. Also, we booked with another couple but were on the opposite side of the hallway from them. Finally, we had brought bathing suits knowing it was unseasonably hot and were disappointed to find that the pool was closed for repair. It would have been nice to know this in advance.
