It was very nice. The decor was downtown cool. There was much attention to detail. Staff was very helpful.
We had no complaint with the property itself.

I loved the location as it was close to the business center in addition to the breakfast, the food was great and had variety! The room was spacious and comfortable.
I can't really say much here because everything was great even the staff was helpful.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of many attractions in Seattle, to include, Lumen field, T-Mobile stadium, Pike Street market and many more!
why why why was Seattle build on huge hills!?!

The staff was great, they are friendly and helpful.
Parking fees, garage height, pay for Wi-Fi. Please warn people that your garage is limited to 74 inches and private parking means pay for parking.

The Ritual free drink every 5:15pm, having an in room fridge and Aveda complimentary toiletries
The tub was uneven and very small. I had upgraded to this room thinking I could take a bath. Very minimal amenities were provided for this being a branch of the Marriot. Wished there was the ability to hook up my Amazon Firestick as well as an in room microwave would have been great to reheat our food.

The employees were very sweet and the services were very close to each other. I loved their little reading area, the bar had great service and the restaurant had good food. Found it hard to leave!

The bed was very comfortable. The welcome drinks included orange juice, lemon-infused ice water, and plain ice water, and they were a refreshing break.

Very nice staff and cleanliness hotel. Also the hotel location is easy reach there and travel around the Seattle city. Not to far from public transportation like train and bus.
Room rate quite high.

Overall comfortable and relaxing.
Prices, and choices of food and drinks was pretty disappointing

Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we need. Snacks in the lobby were a lovely addition when we were constantly coming in and out.
The QR code for the welcome letter was very hard to scan. The welcome letter did not contain any information about check out times which would have been a helpful reminder when planning our way home.

This was our second stay at this location and both times the staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. We especially enjoyed the dinning room staff.
More ice machines on more floors, kinda inconveinent to have to go to a differt floor just to get ice.

Had a valet so it was easy to park car and more affordable that a car lot.
The bed was so hard that my body hurt like I had been in a car accident when I woke up 😭

The bed was comfortable
There were only 2 working elevators. This was a busy weekend with the George Strait concert, the place was packed. Everyone had to wait a long time for an elevator. The line for the elevator went out to the lobby everytime we needed to use it. This should have been communicated when we checked in. Also had construction going on at the front entrance. Made our stay miserable.

Valet service was excellent. Manager Hasaam was very courteous and assisted in our situation with car park. We also liked the snacks available by the elevator which was unexpected.
Having to call to get our rooms made up. However, staff responded quickly and they did a great job!

I really appreciate how friendly the staff was!
The Cost to get a microwave in the room.

Every interaction that I had with the staff was a delight, from reception to the bar staff, to the breakfast staff, even the impromptu elevator attendant. I requested a room change for a firmer bed as I have back issues and they quickly changed my room with a smile and no questions asked.
Double bedded room I first was in might need new mattresses as the springs were a bit too well broken in. So soft upgrades to walls in the rooms would help with appearance & perception of cleanliness.

Took 15 minutes to get an elevator ride down. Only 2 elevators were working causing me to be late for my meeting.
