Superb

The property is nice. There was some confusion when checking in but Theodore was able to help clear it up. The building is right near everything and the pool and view is great.

It was small but that’s city living.

Exceptional

This private apartment is located within a secure tower block close by the superb CN Tower. The apartment is clean and spacious. We were out all day, so we didn't need to use most of the equipment provided, but you could cook within the apt if you so wish. The location is ideal. Theodore was our contact during the stay, and he replied immediately to any queries. We would recommend the apartment.

There is nothing to dislike.

Superb

Exceptionally well equipped. Comfortable bed and pillows Cooking facilities and equipment very good.

Minor point but the stylish sink in the bathroom was very impractical.

Excellent location

Apartment has all the essential furniture with great quality. Comfortable and cozy. It was easy to do the check-in and the host helped me with my personal request. I appreciated my stay there and I would come back! Thank you very much!

Absolutly wonderful, looking forward to our next stay!

The location was perfect, easy access to most major attractions in downtown Toronto! Looking for another reason to book again! Everyone we met were friendly and accommodating!.

The hot tubs, saunas and, jacuzzis were out of order during our stay.

over-advertised and under-resourced. would have been ok for a couple but not for two guests requesting separate sleeping arrangement - rather like camping out and making do with ill-fitting bedding foldaway bed not up to standard nor was bed linen no access to hot water for two of three days

Good communication from property. Perfect location with view of CN Tower and central to main site seeing. Everything you need with towels, shower products etc and even water and biscuits for when we landed early morning. Highly recommend. Ok Ok ok

My host made it very easy to get keys, and had very good communication.

The location was ideal for my needs as I attended a conference and was able to walk everywhere.

the room had everything we needed & more. The view was excellent, perfect location.

the room was a little cold, but we figured out how to use thermostat took us a while to figure out the tv

Host was accommodating and very helpful

This was outside of the hosts control, but the air on was out during our stay. As well as we were told we were unable to use the pool which was one of the reasons why we booked this location

Great location for a short stay in downtown Toronto.

great location, comfortable bed, everything neat and tidy

neighbors smoked pot and the smell was sometimes overpowering. A neighbor's dog kept barking and we felt sorry for it. These weren't in the control of the host, of course, but they affected the ambience.

Superb

Upon arrival, kitchen already had some essential supplies, which made it easy to get things started. Host was flexible with a late check-out, giving a smooth connection to our departing flight time.

Gym was closed in view of covid, but that was obviously not something our host could help!

I would stay here again, despite minor issues

great location, good communication with the host, had all the amenities you would need. i would probably stay here again if the owner provided a fan in the room great view of the CN tower, and reliable internet connection

the heating and cooling system is controlled by the building managers, and so in the winter, it is set to heating only. i was unable to find a way to turn the system off in the room, so the only way to cool down is to open the outside sliding door. This is a problem at night as it can get loud, given you are downtown. A fan would have been useful in this case the other thing to note is that this is an apartment building, so on weekends, it is common for there to be loud music and shouting from neighbours through the night. if this isn’t something you want, stay in a hotel. personally I was ok with it, but it’s something to be wary of

Very responsive host

The location is great as next to Union express. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The host was very responsive and professional.

There are too many ornaments just for decoration.

Pure perfection!

For an avid hotel guest, my first time staying in an apartment was nothing short of perfection thanks to my gracious host. He was friendly, responsive and accommodating of my changing flight plans. As for the apartment, what you see is what you get and MORE-it was immaculate! Fantastic central location, spacious, spotless and fully furnished with state of the art appliances and everything else you could possibly need. It was an added treat to find the apartment stocked with essential household goods for my convenience - very thoughtful. There was also a detailed welcome folder, similar to those you'd get in a hotel and I got very comfortable from the first day. It definitely surpassed my expectations -luxury and comfort at its best. I can't wait to go back!

Amazing location with a great view and very nice and comfy interior. The host was super friendly and I would definitely visit again.
