Stay away

Nothing

The staff is terrible and wouldn't give me late check out by an hour and I am member. The manager is a joke. Being a corporate I have never seen such digust

I would definitely recommend this hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

Staff was amazing and very helpful.

When booking there was a king bed option but this location does not have king beds available.

It was a comfortable place for an overnight while traveling through.

Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. Bedding was great.

No coffee in room. Room was clean but rugs and doors could have been cleaner.

I loved the location and they did attempt to update the rooms.

My bed had a weird stain in it. The water pressure was really low. The shower was stopped up after being used 1 time. I contacted the front desk and spoke to Linda after a long night requesting late check out and was told no they are a sold out hotel. When i looked to see if it was any rooms available for that day, it was indeed, not sold out. Check out in at 12, about 12:01 they were calling my room. I did not answer because i was grabbing my things. Once i was walking out, i was welcomed at the elevator while trying to leave my floor. Linda was coming to my room at 12:05 to knock on my door and ask “was i staying or leaving”. I have never in my years of traveling had staff come knock on my door to ask me anything. Upon asking was that standard practice, i was told that it was and that it was in their policy. I then asked for their names and corporate information.

So my suggestion is to take pictures or monitor your room while you are in the city and when you come back and notice th

so I visit this property during my stay I checked in on a Saturday I realize when I get back to my room at 1 AM in the morning when it was time for me to take a shower that the nozzle was not working I went downstairs to the front office the next morning to complain regarding my issues. I was told that there’s no maintenance on the weekend. When I checked out on Tuesday I realized that I was I left something behind that’s valuable.. when I called the property that same day and told them what I had left behind and where I put it, they went to check it from my understanding and told me that it wasn't there, so I believe that someone had stole my property. Then they claimed that the only key that access the room was my key card which i found it kind of strange when I complained about the issue regarding my room the nozzle for the shower appeared to be working.

on line the property is advertised as a king suite but we find out when we get there it is a queen suite. The bed wasn’t made, kitchen floor was dirty, appliances were dirty. even the toilet paper had dirt on it!!

my stay was good few minor details however, for the price it could have been better.

The property was nice, staff was nice.

I had no dish towel in kitchen soap dispensers we’re all empty.

nothing I got there and they refused to give me my room even though I had already booked it

The facility for the price was awesome. Bed was so comfy and plenty of pillows. Nice blanket not some cheap thin basically sheet. Quiet, location very convenient
