Very good stay. Manager just needed an attitude adjustment.

Very clean and well maintained.

The manager was very rude. She wanted me to take an accessible room because my room wasn’t ready. I was there an hour after check in. So the clerk that was working with me called housekeeping to check my room was ready. The manager just seemed very angry like she didn’t like working there. She needs to take a customer service course.

NOT MY BEST STAY!

Only positive things for this trip. Room was big and very clean . The location of the hotel was close to the gym for state gymnastic meet.

The lobby was so loud at 11:45PM, I went to the front desk and ask the front desk worker to ask the party to please move to their rooms it was late. This DID not happen. Booked 3 rooms and had ask that we be beside it each other... This also didn't happen we were all over the place!

The breakfast was not all that great a little bit of a selection but I would like some kind of meat to go with my waffles and a scrambled egg if possible they had breakfast sandwiches but they were kind of hard and cold but my bowl of cereal was great

Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Our room was very clean, friendly staff. I messaged the hotel to ask if they could put a heart shape on the bed with rose buds since it was my husbands bday. They did a beautiful job.

They were doing renovations so it kind of looked abandoned.

Convenience. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful.

The food was cold, and breakfast sandwiches were so hard we could not enjoy them. Extra bed linen was not clean but balled up and placed in the plastic storage bag. The room did not smell greash, and the couch arms were stained.

It was good.

Location. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Bed was hard. There needs to be a makeup mirror in the bathroom so you can see to do your makeup without glasses on and can see the back of your hair when fixing it. Could hear the kids running up and down the halls and above us.

I definitely will stay here again when I’m in town.

The whole place is exceptionally clean. They thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. They even had a welcome gift (bowl with a large dog biscuit and some poop bags) for my fur baby. Just about every employee is friendly and courteous. Breakfast was outstanding!

There were people being loud until late at night in the hallway which disrupted my sons sleep. we were there for a baseball tournament so that was disappointing.

Excellent hotel and staff.

Staff we're extremely friendly and welcoming. And everything was beautiful and clean. Stupidly comfortable bed, had me passing out in seconds. Definitely wanna come back.

Nothing! If anything, maybe some sort of water refill station near the ice but honestly loved my stay.

The people in the adjoining room was up half the night, the walls are paper thin could not get any sleep, will never come back, will tell everyone I know not to go there.😡
