The housekeeper kept slamming doors as the cleaned rooms.

Room stayed cold due to the heat didn’t work. My room was cleaned only once and they didn’t do a great job. I asked for fresh sheets and they didn’t change my sheets. We shouldn’t have to ask for our room cleaned especially when the services states your room will be cleaned every 3rd day!

Never stay here again

Price was ok

Check in person was very rude. Tv remote was taped together only got one channel(the weather channel) reported it guy came to roo. Tried remote and said there's nothing I can do. Beds were uncomfortable. Room was outdated

Not what it used to be

Staff was nice. Cookies were goid.

Not cleaned well. Breakfast only had waffles and biscuit and gravy for hot food. Not much water pressure in shower.

Size of the room

Room floor was sticky, dirty. Dirty chair. Tv didnt work. Hotel ran out of clean towels and no extra pillows. Walking into the lobby was uncomfortable with the whole family of the hotel owners sitting there like we were walking into their personal living room. Wont stay there again

Disappointing and dirty

Good location close to shopping and restaurants

We ended up checking out after one night here. The whole experience was disappointing. No hot water in the room, a television with a poor video image, wet floors when we first walked into the Room, Hallway and stairs that were filthy, dirt on the floors, filthy handrails. The toilet sounded like it was going to explode every time we flushed it. The walls had questionable brown spots on them. Everything seemed cobbled together from here and there, the door to the room did not close fully. Also burned out light bulbs in the room. For the price we were charged for these accommodations, we were grossly overcharged. We responded to the survey with our concerns but there was zero follow up. We also told the front desk of our concerns after checking out early, his response was "Have a better day" - as if we as the guests, were the ones that had a problem. So terrible customer service as well.

The staff was nicest, room was decent.

I like how spacious the room was, and the bed was very comfortable. We came all away from last vegas. And the staff was so welcoming.

My only issue was the bathroom curtains had a little red stain which i dont what it was. But other than that it was decent stay.

Things to consider

I loved the whoorlpool. It was clean. The bathroom was clean.

My floor needed a good sweeping. The pillows on the bed was okay until I saw a pillow that was heavily stained and it showed through the pillow case. The fitted bedsheets had a stain on it so I slept on the right side of the bed on top of the comforter. The elevator smelled like urine. Please mop the elevator. The toilet sits so low, please upgrade the toilets. Overall my stay was just okay. I think had I not saw stains on the sheet and the pillow, plus a dirty floor it would have been great. I would like some of my money back. For one night, in a substandard room, it was over priced

I think if the hotel did more building maintenance and upgrades to the rooms.

It was sufficient, but for the price I was hoping for nicer rooms and more comfortable beds.

The biscuits and gravy were alright, but the sausage links were cold and only offered 1 day. Limited offerings outside of that for someone that likes a protein filled breakfast. I did like the location, with the location of our softball tournament being close by.

The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, limited towels in the room; however, they provided more at our request. The floors in the room were sticky and the bathroom was in need of repair/update.

very few things stay with you more than how your problems or concerns were ignored

location was convenient

there were fleas in my bed. i caught one by putting a cup over top of it and took it to the front desk. i was told he would tell the manager. the manager must not have cared because i never even got an apology. problems happen, but how they are followed up on tells the story that people repeat about an establishment.

I will never choose to stay at country inn hotel again, I don’t care what state or city it’s in NEVER AGAIN!!!

absolutely nothing!!

the rooms were dirty, they dont clean the rooms properly after each customer, it was so dirty I couldn’t even stay there. I switched rooms 3 times due to uncleanliness and each room got worst!!!

I was in for a funeral so I was able to enjoy the amenities

It was nice.Close to The Mall.Walking distance to restaurants. Nice size area. Peaceful.

Not to much to dislike. The room was real dusty on the top of the head board. But other wise we didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t tell you about that.

Pretty much as expected

Clean and comfortable room, night attendant very professional.

Only complaint is that breakfast, reportedly available from 6 to 9 AM, was being taken away at 8:40 AM. There were some scrambled eggs left, but removed as I was arriving, told to just have some sausage. Breakfast attendant would not bring back the scrambled eggs or make any more at that point. I thought that was very odd.

Room was good. Person working desk those three days was so nice and very helpful.

First day eggs and biscuits were good but the waffle mix was terrible. Second and third day only biscuits and gravy and once again a flavored waffle mix.

The location close the highway and stores near the area

The staff and the facilities at the hotel. Requested maintenance to look at the sink and bath tub because it was stopping up and they never came
