Although the location is good, you cannot see the view if you get a room facing inside.
The property is really dated. Smells in the elevator and dusty in the room. The comforter smells staled. The reception staff were rude and impatient. This is overpriced and the most like a 3 star hotel. The assembly rooftop was closed for outdoor seating one day and closed the half of it for a company event.

Fantastische plek. Groot. Schoon. Heerlijke koffie. Grote badkamer.

Beautiful hotel and location. The front desk girl was very nice and helpful. We had a nice view from our room too.
Parking was crazy expensive $69 a night for valet or $55 a night for the parking garage. And the security deposit was $150 per night. I guess I should’ve looked into it a little more before booking.

The location was great the facilities was wonderful .
The lack of water yall provided was terrible . I shouldn’t be dying of thirst while at the hotel . The menu at the restaurant was ok . No finger foods for appetizers was kind of a shock too

Room location. I requested a view of the Swan Fountain, and got that for an upcharge.
The facility is old, smelly, and dirty. This isn't a 5-star hotel.

A very nice hotel. Very pleased with the room and location. Places of interest were within walking distance
I honestly cannot think of anything

Nothing
Staff indifference towards malfunctions in the room. Promised three times to send an engineer, that never showed up. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Valet parking did not respond to requests to bring the car over. Don’t. Just DON’T.

I liked the cleanliness and the super fast customer service for check in/check out. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location.
I did not like that my room was not ready upon check in so I had to get a different room. I was not notified until I arrived. The beds were also very uncomfortable.
5.0
Great location to access Philadelphia's museums. Comfortable bed.
Bathrooms in common areas were disgustingly dirty and not maintained. Furnishings in the room were significantly worn and ready for Goodwill. Towels were low quality and threadbare. The staff were helpful and friendly but clearly overwhelmed. This hotel is clearly managed to minimize expense, not maximize guest experience. Most 2 star hotels offer a more luxurious experience. We will not be back.

Location was perfect and we give the staff a 10 plus
Our room was not clean. It was very dusty and our pillows were dirty. The towel rack bar was broken. Our room also smelled of sewer! The staff was really nice and helpful!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location
Disorganized, dishonest staff that never returned our incidentals. Very disappointed in the staff of this hotel. I had to call six or seven times just to find out about my incidentals and every time run through the same scenario and every time he told someone's looking into it to finally receive an email that says no incidentals will be returned. I was Furious

Hotel was unprepared for checkin. Huge line that took a long time to check in. Once we finally checked in there was no King room available (which we had booked) instead we got a double full room which was really annoying. No robes, no coffee cups, room service was brought up in a paper bag and we were then charged a ‘tray charge’ for room service. Won’t be staying here again.

I don’t know, I canceled my reservation because my room wouldn’t be available for hours . Mind you I got there at 5:00.

Loved everything

Urban Farmer: food was very good and the tables were spaced out so it was not noisy. Room, lobby were large and appealing. Ease of getting transportation. Proximity to the Barnes, Rodin, and PMA
Hard pressed to think of anything.

Room view was amazing! Would return for the 8th floor views. King size bed is comfortable. Shower pressure was great! Double mirrors are a great addition to the bathroom.
Room wasn't clean. Toilet seat had stains that I had to clean. Sheets had stains on them. Additional room and tax charge was added to my card after paying for the stay. Pillows are not comfortable, flatten fairly quickly. No vending machines in the hotel and no mini bar in the room.
6.0
Close to museums, restaurants, Federal donut, indoor pool, nice room with comfortable bed, robes provided, bidet, nice view, nice large bathroom with stool and vanity that was spacious
Cloudy pool. Dirty windows in room. Water not refilled for coffee on our second day of stay. No instructions on how to set safe and front desk didn’t know how, no soap to wash hands in room and the included shower amenities we’re almost empty…

The pillows were pretty awful. Very fluffy, but no support.

Great location, nice room, valet staff great
Room wasn’t ready until almost 6:30, very noisy neighbors at 1:30AM.

The hotel itself look nice and just renovated, rooms are spacious, location is good, 25 min walk to old town and not far from museums and Center.
First of all it looked like hotel was just renovated and some things like electric outlets were forgotten to be made. Our tv was unplugged and we had to move a big piece of furniture to plug it. Also the lamp near the bed didn’t work because it wasn’t connected to electricity and all outlets didn’t work too near the bed. We had strong smell of cigarettes in a bathroom probably coming from neighbours which shows that smoke alarm doesn’t work in the hotel. We tried to call to reception but nobody would pick up, the room service couldn’t help us too and was rude on the phone. After finally reaching the reception and asking to call a security because of neighbours being smoking and loud nobody ever showed up. Also hotel doesn’t provide any bath robes, sleepers, beauty sets.. I asked for tooth kit and just got very bad and cheap toothbrush. I think for the room rates these thing should be provided by the hotel.
However after we expressed our frustration in the morning hotel made us 75$ discount per night which was nice.
9.0
A microwave for the room. Even though housekeeping did get us one , they should be a standard for each room
