Intimate, classy and comfortable.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

The property was clean and the style is 90s glamour
The service was great

Good hotel in a decent location in the financial district. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have coffee in the lobby in the morning which is nice. HVAC is quiet and responsive.
Only problem is no refrigerator in the room. There's space for it and it seemed weird to not have one there, which affected our stay a bit.

Hotel is top class and well located. Staff is very professional.
I would stay at this hotel again.

The room was spacious. Bed was super comfortable, I'm picky on pillows, and I was happy that OMNI had really good ones.
Location is convenient- BART station is 5 min walk, Chinatown is 10-15 min walk, Union Square is nearby. We took a free walking tour, and its route was all around the hotel. Staff was very responsive - I asked for a little fridge, and they delivered it momentarily, and the doorman gave us very useful city information
The faucet handle in the sink fell off from time to time :)

beautiful property & location
mini fridge in room or waters would have been greatly appreciated

Excellent service, comfortable bed, very nice employees.
Lack of a restaurant. The hotel serves breakfast and has a bar that serves food, but not a real restaurant. However, it is close to some very good ones including Credo and Tadich Grill.

Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Room was well appointed. Coffee available in the lobby in the morning and waters (bottled) any time you wanted.

Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice shower
A little hard to find room service.

staff was incredible. room was large and clean.
room was a little dated with decor, didn’t feel the area was the best.

Centrally located, very close to shops and restaurants. Very clean, rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable.

Comfy beds, spacious room and bathroom, friendly staff. Pretty (though cold) lobby and good location
$75 for overnight parking is a lot - we didn’t realize till our last night that there was free street parking right around the corner and our car was fine. Also when we arrived our room was freezing and took hours to warm up

only the staff was good.
my worst night in hotel for the price. bed very small, uncomfortable! I will never come back again!!

Hotel was very clean and most of staff was attentive. The one time I ordered room service the food arrived very quickly.
I couldn’t get my morning Starbucks order brought up to my room. I was told the front desk staff was too busy to bring my order up to me and they wouldn’t let the Uber Eats driver come up to my room to drop off the order.

The stuff here went above and beyond! In particular the doorman, I can’t remember his name, tall black gentlemen, who helped us fit our luggage in to a tour bus that was ready to leave us behind. He was wonderful! Give that man a raise!
