The staff were stellar. Place is visually beautiful, food is good, location excellent. It's pretty perfect.
4.5
Great hotel and location; staff very helpful and professional.
The business center could be improved - faster up to date computers/printers

Real luxury, excellent customer service, above and beyond. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds/pillows, well equipped bathrooms. Friendly staff, very easy to feel welcome and at ease. Very central and easy to get to lots of places. Right next to SF MOMA.
Food was extremely expensive, even for San Francisco. Better to go to local places to eat e.g. for breakfast. It is very central which means that it can be near some homeless people, but I was never bothered and walked alone a lot.

Close to the giants, Chase… moma 😊
Not as close to shopping etc. Golden gat park for walks etc.

the hotel was very clean and nice ,just i found horrible san francisco as a city.
the hotel didn’t advise us that is dangerous to walk in some areas and by mistake we went directly there. It was super stressful and dangerous as there were so many homeless people which was looking like zombies, they were all drunk or on drug and the whole situation was super scary .The hotel is in safe area but i believe they have to advise the guests to avoid these dangerous streets .
the air-condition was super noisy and we couldn’t sleep the first night

location and cleanliness
overpriced

the checking in experience was good
- they don’t have 24h room service!
- if you would like to request any thing from the front desk or the room service you have to call many times
- the checking out experience was very bad! I asked the front desk gentleman’ to explain to me the final receipt but he was not helpful
and was kind of rude in a way that made you feel uncomfortable to ask him any thing

Good
Breakfast very small portions and a selection worse than room service for no good reason

the front desk staff were great
why is the restaurant closed during the day? get more staff? it was terrible to have all this space, unavailable to use simply because the restaurant was closed
oh, the remodel is horrible. did all of this come from the 70's?

staff was so sweet and polite t/o our entire stay, food was great, room had a beautiful view of the city.
no gift shop, no ATM, no 24hr room service.

Staff and room were great
I thought it was VERY expensive for a Sunday night stay and the charge of $69 for valet parking is to high also
4.5
Beautiful, comfortable, GREAT STAFF and awesome location!
The construction, can’t wait to come back once the reservations are fully completed

I’m by the maids supply area that slams each time they go in and out

great place
It was good

The location
The service is nothing like the Four Seasons. The Butler was fairly rude. They clean the rooms very late in the day, so if you are out in the mornings only, don’t expect room to be cleaned until 3 pm or so. They were stupidly strict about the COVID - even if you checked in and gave copy of passport, they still record a copy of ID before you enter the restaurant, which doesn’t make sense given that they should have your record already in front desk. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated - the refrigerators weren’t cold at all. The WiFi is terrible and they should have provided guests with free breakfast because they were renovating the lobby so you can only eat in a temp pop restaurant
