Location

We loved the lobby/atrium space—lots of unique places to sit. Location was fun. Bed was very comfortable
There was a faint odor of cigarette smoke—really a turn off. Also the windows and slider were very dirty on the outside which hurt the view of the bay.

The hotel was beautiful, with a warm ambiance.
The architecture was creative with the design however our room was in the middle and quite the distantes from the elevator. The bathroom needs a vent
Per COVID a lot of the businesses were closed

The Valet and front staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The Hotel and our room was clean and the Hotel offered food and drink options in the lobby. You’ll want to hang out in the lobby some. The elevators offered a nice view as well. The open concept is unique. The room and bathroom was updated clean and big. Nice size patio too that over looked the bay. It was worth it! I’ll definitely come back again. Thank you.
No complaints.

The balconies were large the back bedroom and bathroom were very private and comfortable

The hotel atrium/lobby is beautiful with so many cozy places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The location is excellent. Love being so close to the Ferry Building and the waterfront area. We were offered an upgrade to a suite for a $100 extra/night. When I hesitated due to our children having to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed, the clerk insisted on providing a rollaway bed, which was promptly provided.
The sofa bed was not comfortable. The king bed was only so-so in comfort. Noisy pipes created thumbing in wall.

This Hotel is well maintained and the staff is very attentive. We always enjoy having Lounge Access as part of our stay.

I loved the fact that the room was walking distance to the pier.

Every thing was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating when we called to let them know we would be in town a little earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in an hr before their normal check in.
We can’t rely on bell hop when we arrive because they are always so busy that our luggage doesn’t always come to our room when we need it. We always end up just carrying everything ourselves.

Everything about the Hyatt is beautiful
The cost of breakfast, should be free considering youre spending hundreds of dollars for a single night

Room location was fine - with a sliding door that opened toward the Ferry building.
The room was not a clean as I expect - the wall boards, especially in the corners, were dusty. Very noticeable in the entry and bathroom areas. There was hair in the bath tub. Makes me wonder what was soiled where I could not see.
The mattress was old/lumpy. The pillows also need to be changed out - very uncomfortable.

Room was great, clean and roomy. The location of the hotel was so convenient for sightseeing, the train, cable cars, etc. Staff was great!
$80 per night for valet parking seems extreme. We pulled in on July 14th, stayed 3 nights and never used the car until it was time to leave on the 17th. But props to the valet guys, they were great!

Awesome hotel restaurant. We don't usually like the hotel restaurants, but this was exceptional.

Our room was great, the view was spectacular. The staff with checkin and in general were very nice and approachable.

I hadn't been to the Hyatt Regency since I was in high school in the 80s for prom . I was pleasantly surprised, and the room was so comfortable and beautifully modern period. We had an excellent stay, and we're already talking about going back. The whole vibe of the hotel was peaceful.
No food available after 10 pm, and no room service.

Good location, nice and very clean rooms, amaizing lobby, comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful.
Wellness facilities would be nice to have.

My king bed room with balcony overlooking the bay. Great location for getting to boat, scheduled for July 4th bay cruise to see the fireworks and celebrate with food and drinks.
No Problem for my 1 night stay.
