I liked that it was close to the highway, Target, Starbucks, and even a Chick fil-A. The hotel was CLEAN, QUIET, SAFE, and pleasant. Was a 20 min drive from Denver downtown but I did that on purpose because I was within a budget.
It was perfect. Was looking for this chain (Even) in other stops along my Colorado trip.

We got to the hotel at 7 pm. The check-in clerk was awasome, she checked us in and helped us get a meal. The hotel interior is very calming and the staff was courtious and helpfull. We came in as weary travelers and left rested and refreshed.

Friendly staff that was very helpful and clean property.
Omelette was too small for price

Location
Charged me upon arrival when I had already paid for at booking. Called my bank to verify I had already paid. Returned my money. After trip, realized had charged me another $100. Still unresolved. Will call hotel and booking.com if need to get $100 returned. Ended up not staying at hotel for 2nd night of trip as a result of being unsatisfied with hotel/management.

I was billed twice for a one night stay. On wed July 19 when I reserved, my credit card paid $223.31. Then upon arrival the person at the front desk told me I had to pay them $223.10.
I paid twice for one night and would like to be refunded $223.

no pool, nothing to do on site.

This was my first time staying at Even Hotels. I really liked having workout equipment in the room. It made working out easy in the morning. Very creative approach!

The room was a good place to work from and comfortable.
I was fine.

Great location and very nice staff with spacious rooms.
They did not have our reservation when we arrived... they said sometimes the 3rd party reservations get lost

The hotel was clean and the room was excellent and comfortable. Loved the positive affirmations and equipment provided for healthy and active lifestyle.
The breakfast should have been included for the price of the room. It was disappointing to find that we would be charged for breakfast.

Very much enjoyed the stay at Even hotel. very nice and helpful staff. Very clean and nicely done rooms. Everything was as shown on the pictures.

The ice/filtered water station on our floor and the ice water station in the lobby.
Comfy bed.
Carl the maintenance guy (I think that is his name. Red hair with beard) is great. He overheard a concern we had (the air conditioner was pretty loud) and jumped in with questions to determine the issue and fixed it while we were at breakfast (I think he had to replace the unit).
Nice front desk staff.
No pool! (It would have been nice to know this before I reserved. I wrongly assumed every large hotel in the area would have a pool and that a hotel focused on fitness would have a pool). Apparently they did have a pool in the past but took it out to put in a grab-and-go eating area. In 7 days of coming and going we never saw anyone using that area but at 93 degrees I bet a lot of people would have used a pool. Saw quite a few families with small kids that would've enjoyed that.
Housekeeping only every 3 days (When searching for hotels I read about a few that did not clean every day and I chose not to reserve with them. However, this fact was not obvious to me when I reserved with Even. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time). They claim this is for Covid reasons. In August 2022 Covid is waning. Perhaps Covid caused a shortage of staff for cleaning? Who knows. But regardless, it doesn't feel as vacation-y when you've got to make your own bed and fruit flies come because of the banana peel being in the trash can for more than a day.
Few towels. In the ADA room there is no lip between the bathroom floor and the shower. That means the floor gets SOOOOOO wet. Once the bath mat is soaked, the only option is to wipe the floor with your bath towel -- that doesn't get replaced that day. Yes, you can go to the front desk and request more towels but they don't always have them. So many are left in the rooms while new ones are requested. And when they are out of the rooms they are constantly in the washer and dryer, not available. The staff says they have ordered more towels but that they are backordered since many hotels are in this same situation. I understand they are doing the best they can in a tough situation but the questions asked, "What didn't you like?
The bathroom floor and shower floor looked dirty. I don't think they were because the

The Hotel was very clean. If you are into yoga that will be a plus. Free parking and lots of places close to eat and drink.
Ok the first day/night was fine however the second night/following day were not great at all. The second night the TV went out (6:30 p.m.) and the response was that he texted the IT guy and had not heard back. At 8:30 p.m. I inquired again and was told he would call him. Never heard anything back. The following day was awaken by a couple having heavy relations next door (5:30 a.m.) and discussing making a video next time. I tried the TV to drown out the indoor sports next door and the it was still not working. The couple next door was very relentless in their pursuit and this lasted until approximately 8:30. I guess if the TV worked I could have avoided hearing most of the couple but I was left with putting a pillow over my head to keep my envy/embarrassment in check. So thin walls and a broken television set makes for a terrible experience.
