Would like to give this hotel another try, my previous stay was 100% great.

The front desk staff where very helpful and professional. Love the vibe of the hotel, great location and the valet parking was a plus.

The bartender on the night of Oct 19th, was very annoyed that I requested a cup of ice to take to my room and rolled her eyes at me. We had no power overnight in the hotel, which made for an uneasy stay.

The valet parking is highway robbery, but it's way more convenient than finding your own parking so we just ate the cost

Lovely location in Savannah’s historic district.

Location pool patio lobby wine tasting

Room cleaning was not done in a timely manner. We had to notify the front desk each day that our room had not been cleaned after being gone all day. The last day we needed to go to the lobby to get towels and toilet paper! This was unacceptable in our opinion and not Kimpton quality. We also were sorry and surprised the room did not provide robes. We were also surprised at the high fee to park a car in the hotel lot!

Disappointment

There was nothing to like about this hotel. The free water at the entrance.

I was so much looking forward to staying at Brice after reading the reviews and seeing an IG post, unfortunately my experience was not as expected, and 3 nights were cut to one. Employee and the concierge were at the front desk, not a Welcome or a smile. My first room smelled like someone had left a dirty mop in the room or used a dirty mop to "clean" the floor, I did not make it past the front door. I went downstairs to let him know what I had encountered and that I needed a new room, no apologies for the inconvenience, etc. He gives me another room, old furniture, a squeaky bed and to top it off holes in the sheets and to my surprise dirty linens which I did not see until removing them the next morning. The table where the TV stand is located is your work area, no trashcan by the toilet. All experiences are not the same, make sure to read the negative reviews not just the good ones and certainly don't be fooled by an IG post.

The property was beautiful. It had the stylish touches that make it fun to stay at a boutique hotel. It was very quiet and safe feeling while still being a comfortable walk to the river street district and historic areas. The courtyard was also comfortable and pretty!

We reserved a 2-room suite (a bedroom with 2 king beds and a living room with a double sleeper sofa), so our family of 4 could sleep in 2 separate rooms to avoid our snorer. In the evening, we discovered the sleeper sofa didn’t have sheets or a blanket on it. I went to ask for linens and was told that housekeeping had left for the day. The woman at the desk said they were completely out of towels and sheets because of a large group of teenagers staying there. She apologized but was only able to find a pillow and thin blanket for me. I used the blanket as a bottom sheet over the mattress pad, but that left me without a top sheet or blanket. I had to use a beach towel we had in our car as a makeshift blanket. I was shocked that a 4 star hotel would shrug their shoulders about leaving guests without linens. They didn’t offer anything beyond the initial, brief apology, which further surprised me. It was a beautiful building in a perfect location, but I wouldn’t go back to a hotel that I can’t count on to provide basic bedding. It was just weird.

Perfect place to stay and walk around Savannah!

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious with plenty options to choose from. The people working at the hotel were all extremely nice and helpful. The location was great, close to restaurants and points of interest. The hotel offered free bikes to ride and they had wine for free everyday.

I was disappointed the rooms were in the condition they were in for this being a higher end chain.

It’s nice that there is a restaurant on the property and no pet fee. The location is good for walking to other sites.

The acoustics are pretty bad, at least in the suites. I tried two suite rooms (in the first the air conditioner was broken so we moved to the second one, which had trash and hair in some room corners and the shower drained slow). Most of the suites are on the streetside, and the traffic kept me and my dog up all night.

Its ambient spaces are so awesome! The lighting the bar the court yard all romantic!

Perfect week ! Great place to stay.

The hotel was pet friendly. The rooms were extremely clean. All of the front desk employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Valet parking employees also were very friendly and helpful.

Music in the courtyard was extremely loud one of the nights until rather late. I could have complained but felt like with everything else being perfection, what’s a little loud music.

Nice for our quick trip

We only stayed one night so we didn't get to explore the property. The entrance and rooms were nice, but small as it appears to be a renovated older building.

The only thing we did t like was the strong perfume smells in the lobby/hallway area. It was a nice scent but too overpowering. The bathroom is small so it would be difficult to navigate for a larger framed person.

Great location and staff

The staff was very accommodating. The restaurant food was excellent. The location was within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do, yet the property was quiet. The valet parking was convenient.

Not necessarily a negative, but on our ghost tour the tour guide shared a story about the hotel AND our specific room, which was a bit unnerving since we didn't know, but we laughed it off.

Overall a great hotel.

Everything in the hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly for the most part.

The night we were checking in on August the 16th at 2.20 AM. The female staff at the front desk was far from welcoming. Besides charging us double, she just acted like she did not want to be there.

I had a pleasant stay. The location was really excellent. The only thing I would comment on was the short staff.

Location was perfect, nice restaurant, lovely courtyard.

Short staffed, long, wait in restaurant, minimal toilet paper on arrival, another person we traveled with in another room had many problems. She had leaking refrigerator drain that would not flow and remote that did not work had to be replaced. This would not have been a big issue, but they took ours an hours to get resolved.

Exceptional

Very clean and bright. Inviting with a nice courtyard and a great pool! Good location as well to easily walk around the city.

Only thing we really didn’t like was how pricey the valet parking was and that there wasn’t a non-Valet option.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I returned to Savannah.

The location was perfect for walking throughout the historic district of Savannah. The hotel was actually nicer than I expected.

We decided to park at another garage whose daily rates were cheaper than the parking rates at this hotel. Since we each had a small suitcase or backpack, we could walk about 7 blocks to the garage.
