We will stay at this property every time we visit for a concert now. It’s the best one in the area.

The location to the fairgrounds and amphitheater is unbeatable. We stayed at a competitor next door last time. This is our go to place now every time. The breakfast was great! Very very clean.

Only thing good about the hotel was the location. 3 minutes away from the hard rock. The front desk person was nice when we were checking in.

Don't expect any common sense from any people who sleeps in this hotel. loud noises, musics, screaming across the hall past 12:00 AM. Also new towels in the room had someone else's hair and some mold spots on it. Hotel room also smells funky.

Exceptional

I was very impressed by Scott. He ran an excellent breakfast. Everything was clean and full. I watched him stay busy taking care of guests, cleaning and keeping the food full. You don't see those kind of work ethics often anymore. You need to give him a raise and keep him around. Checkin and checkout were also a breeze. All staff was very accommodating.

I have nothing to say here. Everything was great!

We would stay again!

The room was spacious, location was great for our purposes, it was quiet, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste but I slept very well despite that. The bathroom lighting wasn't the best for makeup application.

First of all the man said I could check in early after being on a flight all night and then when we get there it’s all know you gotta wait till 3 o’clock then they were really rude about canceling the reservation. Then all of a sudden they come all the way out to work hard to tell us all your reservation is canceled and I’ll look. It’s completed on here.

Big, comfortable room and pretty enjoyable stay

Breakfast was nice, alternating choices every other day, breakfast staff was friendly and on point. Room was huge and the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Location was good, easy travel to and from airport, Busch Gardens and over to Clearwater Beach area All staff was friendly and very helpful, extra towels and bedding were provided quickly when asked for. I had to call at 10:30 at night after a half hour of what sounded like elephants jumping off the beds upstairs and they handled it immediately.

Some areas of the room didn't seem the cleanest and I am not very hard to please. It had a funky pet or sock smell when the ac was not running but that cleared up when ac was turned on. There was also a very visible bread bag tab along the edge of the bed with some crumbs and something else that may have been brown cereal(?!) in another visible corner...we had not eaten anything in the room. The alarm clock would not keep time and obviously we had our phones but its nice to be able to glance at a clock as you are rushing around. Those are the only areas I was a little disappointed about.

Overall good experience, but customer service needs work.

My initial impression was amazing. I was greeted happily by one of the girls at the front desk. She offered me a free water and seemed genuinely happy to be there. It smelled clean inside the lobby and the rooms were clean. The hotel is older, but you can tell they are trying their best.

I got a text from “Ivy” that she was my “personal concierge” for my stay. That I should just text her if I need anything at all. I noticed the USB charging ports were not working and asked if there was a trick to getting them to work (maybe there was a switch I had to turn on or something?) she didn’t respond to me, so I called the front desk and VERY NICELY asked if there was any chance they had a charging block that I could use to plug my cord into so I could charge me phone. The girl was very rude and acted like my question was an inconvenience to her. I was simply trying to get my phone charged and one of the basic accommodations in the room was broken. I continued to attempt to text ivy about this situation and she never responded to me.
