I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Room was nasty everything from the room to the kitchen. Microwave still have food in it . We check in and check out within minutes I wouldn’t let my kids stay there.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Front Desk was helpful in one instance (getting phone to work) but not in another (getting a wake up call via the room phone or the room alarm clock).

Breakfast was not great, just okay. Did not have any oatmeal or granola options. No fruit but oranges. Apples or bananas would have been nice. Coffee was not good. In my room, the bathroom needs some grout and tile work. Kruerig machine in the room needed cleaning. I did not use it as there was a white residue in the place to add the water. Was there for several days, but no one came in and emptied the trash, made the bed, or left fresh towels. The fitness room was almost nonexistent--two treadmills and two ellipticals was all. The water dispenser was empty. The TV could be heard, but there was no picture.

The breakfast was not very good. The reason we stayed here is the other Holiday inn express hotel & suites had an amazing breakfast.

A/C was not working and we had to move to a different room in the middle of the night. the other room was same size but not very clean. internet was not accessible in the riom, and when it worked it was really slow

The bed was comfortable

Hot tob wasn't hot - that's literally why I picked this hotel. Major back problems and knew I would need hot tub therapy. Disappointed to say the least. Ran out of hot water in the shower. Toilet was about to fall off the floor. Most of the saff was rude aside from 2 people. Hotel was super hard to find, even for delivery drivers in the area. Floors felts like walking g on water - very uneven and bumpy on the second floor. Fan in the bathroom kept making loud creaking noises. I have NEVER complained about a hotel, but this was horrible and not as advertised at all.

Perfect, just perfect. Location and the room and the property as a whole!

It was such a great room for the price. The breakfast was awesome, the staff was great, and room was perfect!

If I could give this a zero I would everything was fine until I woke up in the morning and saw a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom. I called them to inform them about the issue and was told that they can't stop 100% of bugs that come in we're in TX we have bugs. I have bugs in my house. I said we'll any room I ever stayed in never had bugs and my house never had roaches and he was like oh well thats good then. I cut my 4 night stay short and checked out that morning. I don't think I should of even been charged for one night one because of the roach and 2 because of the ridiculous response I got from the front desk dude. Horrible! Would never stay here again. I'll stick with The Hilton!

Location and price are on point.

The location was great!

The continental breakfast was very low budget. The sausage patti and the little egg omelette seem like they were out of a box and microwaved. Saw a roach go across the nightstand.

Easy location to find and the price was good.

halls smelled old like carpet needed to be replaced and while the bathroom was ok it could use new paint and caulk. really not very clean under the sink area which was visible when sitting on the toilet.

Hotel is fair

I liked the location of the hotel because it was near stores and restaurants. The room was spacious for my family. The staff was friendly.

I did not like the breakfast as there was no variety. I was only able to have breakfast once because it ended at 9:30am. I personally would like for breakfast to end at 10am. The trash cans in the room did not have trash bags.

Expected Better

The room was clean.

The hotel had a very bad smell, the breakfast selection was not as expected. We have recently stayed at two different Holiday Inn Express Hotels and the breakfast was much better. The beds were full size not queens and they were not as comfortable as the other two locations we stayed the two previous weeks. The carpet throughout the hotel was stained and the upkeep of the hotel has not been priority.
