There was no deposit needed
The neighborhood it’s located in isn’t the best although it is convenient to many areas.
Other guests staying were loud and disrespectful. Lots of yelling, running up and down the halls. We needed to change rooms because our first room the door lock was broken!

Washer and dryer
No fitted sheet on the bed. I booked for 6 days and had one towel.

The ONLY thing this place had going for it was its location: across the street from cheap gas and close to highway access. Otherwise, there was NOTHING to recommend this place. My advice: save your money and sleep in your car, in the park or under a bridge — ANYWHERE but here!
Let me be clear: Motel 6 isn’t a Marriott, Hilton, Radisson, Best Western, Hampton Inn or other 3-star (or better) accommodation. Still, for a 2-star dive to charge more than $300 (including tax) for two nights is a rip-off, especially when so many things just aren’t right.
At check-in, a rather disreputable-looking denizen, either drunk or high, who had been talking to the woman at the front desk, kept trying to engage me in conversation, asking personal questions and inviting me to his room to “hang out and have a beer”. That should have alerted me.
The place smelled like pot, and our “non-smoking” room obviously had been occupied by smokers at some point. There was no entrance light upon entering the room, since “the new furniture was installed”, we were told. So, we had to make our way in the dark to locate the light switches located between the two beds, which controlled the only lights in the room. There was a hole in the wall next to one of the beds, and the house phone on the nightstand between the beds didn’t work. There were no lights on the opposite wall, where the TV hung, and there was no remote for the TV, which we had to request from the front desk. Back in our room, we found that the remote, although it lighted up, didn’t control the TV, which powered on as well, so we had no TV. Management was unresponsive. Also: no refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer or tissues. In the bathroom, there were two thin bath towels but only one hand towel and no bath mat. The towel rack was broken , the toilet seat loose and the shower curtain rod sagged so that the curtain didn’t properly stay in place, thus allowing the bathroom floor to get wet when the shower was in use. The ceiling over the shower was stained from leaks from above and the tub was rust-stained as well. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, so steam from the shower kept the unit uncomfortably clammy and humid. The AC was marginal.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The bathroom and room itself was a little dirty and dusty. Towels in the bathroom were perpetually damp and they did not have extra (dry) towels.

there is not one thing about this property that was good. by far the WORST place I have ever stayed. the fact that any $$ was required to stay here is absurd.
everything, was not clean, was not safe, was not sanitary, staff was rude, not enough laundry for showers or pillows for bed, sheets had not been changed on beds, hair and other things on sheets. woke up to water on floors from rain, room flooded, vents were/have never been cleaned. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed and should be condemned and not allowed for people to stay.

The people standing right outside the entrance we’re smoking blowing smoke in you. Cigarette butts were full in the ‘ash can’.
Went to check in and the hotel clerk said there wasn’t any room for us, even though we had a reservation for a non-smoking room. We were never contacted there was a reservation problem. The clerk was very nice and offered me a smoking room. That was unacceptable and he offered to cancel my reservation. The group in front of me had the same issue. Why make a reservation to have it ignored or canceled? Or were we kicked out to make room for more illegal migrants like other hotels are doing?

Only location.
No fridge in whole facility for customers we have to put our food in the car as the weather was little cold.
Looks like the hotel is pet friendly, so many big dogs around the property, even inside the rooms, they bark sometimes make the stay uncomfortable.

The reception staff were more attentive to the phone and talking to another person on the phone while they attended me. nothing nice or kind. and the floor of the room was slippery without being wet. It's a pity that the price is high for the low quality of the establishment and the poor customer service.

Nice Clea simple and easy
I wanted to extend to a few more nights but I was told to go back to ( Booking) and rebook
It would have been much better convenience to do it at front desk in person.

The man working the desk was friendly.
It was extremely dated. Our room was dirty- had a very strong cigarette odor, smears on the wall, no screen in the window, a barrette on the floor. the highlight was a piece of used chewing gum on the nightstand. The entrance door where we were told to park was broken and didn’t lock. At 2 am, my daughter heard someone trying to enter our room. there were only 2 outlets in the room except for the bathroom and they had things plugged into them.
