All was well with the room and the breakfast. I was surprised by the spacious interior atrium where the breakfast is served.
We were in a king handicapped room and unfortunately there was no designated closet or clothes rack available. We had to make do with hanging my suit hanger on the floor lamp! But it worked.

Great stay! Beds were amazing, breakfast great and a very clean and newly renovated property! Will definitely be returning!
Someone drunk knocked on our door in the middle of the night by mistake.

We had someone banging on the wall all night.

Booked 2 Queen rooms but end up with one king, which sounded 4 pancakes on one king bed. Reception clerk was not helpful at all. He stated they don’t have any queens even though I booked a month ahead. He is by himself I understand and it’s a holiday, but I was not satisfied as it’s not what I booked for only one bed four ppl. Very clean facility but a lot of stuff is broken.
Broken toilet switch and shower switch , but clean facility.

This hotel deserves the money I spent !! Super clean, The housekeeper women were so nice with us and patient, specially Carmen, she was super professional and kept an eye with us. The Guy of the front desk, Tony was so kind and professional too. The bed was so comfy and the breakfast really complete. I recommend this hotel that is in the bottom of Vacaville!!!

Breakfast
The AC did not work, it was extremely hot hard to fall asleep, and the first day after they “cleaned” the bathroom was left dirty had brown on toilet and bathtub.

The breakfast was really good, staff was very nice. We were able to check in an hour early, the first room we were in the flusher on the toilet was broken, but we were easily moved to a first floor room. It was comfortable and clean
So my only real issue was taking a bath in the tub being disabled, having the soap so high up means I have to get up and down several times which is hard thankfully the bar was there. I didn't see the notice about getting it front the front desk

great location
I think your complimentary breakfast should be available later than 9 AM. Even 10 AM would be good.

The location was fantastic for our needs. Room was very comfortable and clean.
The final bill came out to be more than what Booking.com said it would be.

Breakfast was great. Really loved the coffee selection and the waffles.
There was hair (not ours!) in the bathroom when we arrived. The room was comfortable but dated.

The Hampton Inn was easy to get to as well as locate. There was ample parking so we were always able to park near the main entrance. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. The breakfast was great! There were hardboiled eggs, muffins, toast, sausages, potatoes, cereal, juice, fruits and you can even make fresh waffles yourself!
The biggest thing that we didn't like was for some reason the curtains do NOT close all the way. There is a huge gap in the middle, I assume because there's where the A/C unit is. Our room, however, faces a gas station so even though it was midnight, the gas station lights illuminated our room which was very annoying. This is the first time I've encountered such a problem at a hotel. Also, the tempature controls doesn't work. We realized on the last day of our trip that to control the A/C unit, you have to open the control panel on the unit itself. Not sure why they installed a control next to the door when it didn't do anything. We also wished it was possible to get Netflix on the TV but made due.

Husband was having surgery and had to check into hospital at 0545. This was close to hospital and clean and convenient. Didn't sleep much (nerves). After he went into surgery, because it was close, I was able to come back and get some rest and have breakfast... which was very good!
Sofa bed.. no extra blankets/pillows. Would have been nice to have extra blanket. Because of kind of surgery he was not comfortable in the bed.
