Worst staycation

It wasn’t far from my house and there was hot breakfast.

This was a last minute booking for my son birthday for him to swim. The pool and hot tub was tiny and disgusting, our room bathroom had no ventilation so the room was humid from the shower and smelled like soiled water god forbid having a bowel movement with no way to air it out, plus it was under construction which we did not see when booking.

Decent but needs an upgrade

Friendly staff, room seemed clean.

It is time for an update. The carpets were stained, the faucet handle was about to come off and the windows coverings had holes in them. Definitely time to brighten things up and replace what is stained, worn out or broken. Also the vent in the bathroom wasn't very strong and the whole room felt steamy when we showered. For the cost of the room, it wasn't as nice as it should have been.

Schönes Hotel, absolute Weitermpfehlung

Sehr gute Betten. Ein geräumiges Zimmer. Schöner Fitnessraum. Das Beste war, daß zum Zeitpunkt des Check-in Happy Hour war. Somit hat jeder Gast entweder 2 Dosen Bier oder eine Flasche Wein erhalten. Das hat uns sehr gefreut.

Heerlijke uitvalsbasis om te gaan shoppen bij de outlets.

Het hotel is schoon, ruim en ligt centraal gelegen ten opzichte van de outlet mall, zonder dat je last hebt van het verkeer. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent: ondanks dat het pas 13 uur was, kregen we al een sleutel voor onze kamer. Het ontbijt buffet biedt een ruime keuze en ziet er verzorgd uit. Verder heeft het hotel een goede fitness, zwembad en guest laundry. Ondanks dat alles er wat verouderd uitziet, was het bed van goede kwaliteit en de kamer zeer ruim.

Het hotel kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken: behang en vloerbedekking in de openbare ruimten alsook in de kamer is verouderd.

Place was clean, had good soaps/lotions in the rm, plenty of towels, pool open late and warm, breakfast had a huge selection and everything was delicious. We traveled with 6 kids of different ages and everyone left happy.

This was definitely Booking.com fault, not the hotel. But I booked 2 double queen rooms, facility was not able to accommodate, still paid full price. This is the websites fault

completely adequate and comfortable. neither bare bones nor plush. just exaxtly what i wanted and needed to rest up for

easy to find. clean. had all the amenities I needed. The wifi was particularly easy to log in. It employed just a unique five-letter code per guest instead of name and room number. lots of places to plug in devices to charge them.

it took me a while to discover there are TWO shades with pull chains. one shade is translucent , the other is opaque. i needed the opaque one at three in the morning and it took me a while to find it. No complaints, though. I just didn’t occur to me to look for a shade instead of draperies.
