Would come back again, thoroughly enjoyed the staff and facilities!

Overall, completely satisfied with experience from friendly front desk staff to the room and its cleanliness and comfortability. I would recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you!

The "included breakfast" missed the mark a little...the eggs were overcooked and would have been nice to have a meat choice. The do-it-yourself waffle machine was great and the blueberry waffles were delicious! Also, wished the breakfast hours were a little longer. Thank you!

could be much worse; stingy with towels

No freezer in refridgerator. Coffee was terrible, not hot, tasted bad. One bath towel for a room with double queens. Asked for more bath towels, got one "set" of towels: parsimonious.

Disappointing

Location good, staff very friendly and overall very clean

We were not notified ahead of time that furniture was being moved. After checking in we realized not only was furniture being moved but sounded like floor were being removed and new ones rolled on. This happened at 8 am until 6 pm. On both Friday Saturday and Sunday. Very difficult to get rest in afternoon and for those who are not early risers..

loud noisy neighbors in next room. when advised desk didn’t offer to help or address the problem. Finally had to insist WE move but we’re told it might not be quieter!!! In am housekeeping talking loudly from room to room

the bed was ok

the water pipes squealed all night and I couldn’t sleep. the manager said they couldn’t comp me because i booked thru third party. I want my night comped. if it isn’t I’ll never use either Booking.com or this hotel chain again

I would have left if I had not pre-paid this stay

The staff including the shuttle driver were very personable, professional, and helpful.

This place needs a major overhaul. The finishings and fixtures were old, outdated, and worn out. The carpet is disgusting. When is the last time the carpets were shampooed?

Would stay here again.

We have stayed numerous times at Comfort Suites locations. The beds are always comfortable, but this room did have some electrical issues. The room phone did not work. And there were three electrical outlets that were not operable. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. This location is nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

conveniently located

we had trouble with our keys not working twice. The couch was so worn out the cushions were flat & didn’t even fit in the frame anymore. Our room connected to the elevator & was noisy!
