Only once...but not again, sorry

Ein Fenster zum öffnen, anstatt Klimaanlage anzulassen.

Frühstück war sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Toast mit Butter, oder creme käse, aber nicht mal Marmelade oder anderes. Die Handtücher haben komisch gerochen. Duschgel ganz knapp in einer kleinem halbgefülltem fläschchen.

Overall the stay was really good

How big it was, the design, how the rooms were set up.. Also the breakfast was amazing! Thanks to the cook!

Wouldn't stay here again

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location isn't good... hookers working out of the hotel. Room had peeling paint and mold on the ceiling. Heater was blowing something bad into the air messing with my eyes and breathing.

Highly recommend this hotel—especially if you can stay at a discount.

Nicely set-up hotel, with quality (and stylish) interiors, in very good condition. We requested a room away from the highway which was granted without a fuss. The hotel has a lovely pool in an interior, protected courtyard which is very inviting, but we did not use. We had a light dinner and the waiter was extremely attentive and highly professional.

We had a couple of small problems with our room, twice, but the front desk responded immediately, with no hesitation, and gave us an automatic upgrade without us asking. Our dinner was quite average, but also quite reasonably priced.

Horrible - unable to sleep

Starting at 3 am a odd noise woke us up that came from beside the bed under the carpeting by a lot of wires. I videotaped it because it was like a video game playing. It would last for 5 to 10 minutes. Stop for close to 5 and start again NON STOP. Needless to say it was impossible to sleep so finally we just checked out and came home with 2 hours of sleep. The woman at the front desk said to send her the video which she heard. I played it for her and then said to contact Booking as I prepaid through them. I am tired and really unhappy.

Had charges on my bill ( $200 +_) that should not have been there. It took three days to get someone to correct the problem. At one point I ask to speak to the assistant manager Clerk told him what I wanted. He told. Her he had paperwork to do and didn't have time to talk to me. This was around 6PM. The next morning a Clerk (different one) found the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. All total this took 4 days. I was there for 5days. I paid using Booking.com but was charged 2 days after checking in.

Meh.

Beds were comfortable

Staff lacked attention. Several times I went to the front desk and after waiting ,I had to call out to get a clerk each time. The pool had leaves,dead bugs and other things floating in it and the towels were never stocked. We stayed 2 nights and our room wasn't cleaned or restocked.

Awful service, old and depressing room, not as displayed on photos.

Location was at a reasonable distance from restaurants and downtown Columbus and it was in a safe area.

The reception area is the only nice part of the hotel. Hallways are in need of maintenance and updating. Our room looks nice at first glance but there were cracks on the ceiling and dust in corners and rusty hardware. The AC vents had a thick layer of grime. Our bedspread had a cigarette burn and a red lipstick stain. Our TV wasn’t working and someone had to be sent to fix it… Everything is old and neglected. We only got housekeeping service on day one of our 3 day stay. Front desk never answered the phone so we had to go down to request room service and we were told they would send someone, but that never happened. We finally just went to pick up some towels and realized that ALL THE GUESTS were picking up towels. People were complaining but no one was doing anything about it. I saw a front desk employee coming back from her smoking break and she was reeking of marijuana! This place is total CHAOS.

Disappointing

The location , the room was decently clean. Could of used more trash bags and a microwave.

The walls were super thin loud reckless neighbors. Things were being thrown around in the next room. The pool was super murky. Needed cleaned. Restaurant was barley open.

It was in a nice area, the staff was nice, and the room was immaculate.

The pool needs some repairs (missing tiles and a little dirty) and the bathroom in the pool area was not taken care of. Also they did not have Continental breakfast that was advertised.

The Beds are comfortable but the facility is Filthy!

I liked the location of the property. It’s only 10 mins from Downtown.

The rooms were disgusting! The ceiling was falling apart, the pillow cases and sheets were filthy & torn, the curtains had stains on them and when we moved the pull out couch there was trash under it and old pop off finger nails. The light fixtures In the bathroom haven’t been changed in over a decade and it was mold in the bathroom.

Breakfast buffet was worth the money. Plenty of options

3 burgers ordered for dinner all ordered “medium” 2 came out fine 1 came out RAW. Buddy took bite out of it expressed his concern sent it back thinking would get another one better prepared. By the time it came back out the rest of us 5 were done eating, he just said box it to go he’d eat it in his room. Got to his room it was the same one reheated with the same bite out of it. Needless to say he didn’t eat it, seemed a bit unknowingly unsanitary. Waste of his money.

We left our dop kit. We called that evening upon discovery and the gentleman who answered the phone said there were no employees at night to check they would call in the morning. They never called. We were disappointed because all our medicine was in it. Even if it wasn't there they should have called.
