Great location, nice staff, disappointing facility.

The staff was kind and helpful.

The room didn't smell good, the bathroom had mold around the edges and they had the carpet cleaned while we were there. The cleaning started at 9 am and the carpeting stayed wet until the next day at least. They also did not clean the room unless requested. We stayed for 6 days so we did need a cleaning and new linens. They didn't leave enough linens for 4 people. Also the key cards were constantly losing the coding for our room even though we put them separate from phones, magnets or anything else.

floor was not clean. bath tub drain was clogged. the window blinds were basically see through and management never answers the hotel phones I always have to call from my personal phone for an answer. not too much of a big deal but why even have them there…

We have stayed at this location before and have liked it. Good location, clean rooms, decent breakfast.

I requested room service for the next day when I checked in and the room was never touched. I had to go to the desk to obtain more towels.

Almost all staff were friendly.

The lady who does the breakfast was very friendly.

I stayed in 3 different rooms of my 5 nights. First I moved because I almost fell getting in the tub so they gave me a handicapped room. 1 morning I had no hot water and the front desk just said that happens sometimes. I had hot water to start and as soon as I got my hair soaped up only cold water. Then another morning I had no water again and the front desk moved me to another room, which was just like the first room another tub that was hard to get in and out of. I was told about the water system was new tankless style and they would tell the maintance to look into it. Also I want to complain about the beds being to high, my last night there I slept on the couch, I told the front desk they didn't seem to shocked. I am only 5'2" and it is very hard for me to get into the beds that are to high. And last but not least my bill. I was told that I would be comped over my problem by 1 person who works at the front desk. I don't understand why I was charged 189.00 the first night a Thursday 169.00 for Friday & Saturday and 139.00 for Sunday and Monday. When I booked the room I was quoted 915.69 and the final bill was 917.70, Two dollars more when I was expecting a discount. When I checked out my Visa was already charged and just a receipt handed to me. I didn't like having to pack and unpack 3 times. I hope this is read by someone who can do something. I chose Holiday Inn because in the very late 60's until 1972 when I went to college, I worked at Holiday Inn close to the location this one is at. I liked the location.
