Needed more pillows

Son irresponsables al momento de cobrar, no se sabe que movimientos hacen con el sistema pero le van quitando dinero a uno

It is a different place from the pic in the web bad bad bad
Carpet around the building is so dirty
Room smells like smoke (it supposed to be no smoking)
Loud people not respecting the privacy of others the place is surrounded by homeless

Well the Supervisor was really rude. I felt discriminated against because I was giving an old dirty room with spots on the couch and no Refrigerator nor Microwave. A different race came in behind me and was giving a room with both refrigerator and microwave. I was also told they didn’t know which rooms had what in them….. but (You work there ) so after looking at 5 different rooms I was told I can only get one or the other of choice Microwave or Refrigerator. Also my Partner was never asked and ID only me, next morning I was told he can’t be on property without giving ID not even to visit. So I decided to leave after already being uncomfortable taking all morning looking for a comfortable room with microwave because my room didn’t have one.. Horrible experience
discriminating treat equally

Nothing
The location was bad. Homeless people hanging around. Did not feel safe. The carpet was dirty. No coffee for the coffee maker. Mattress was outdated not comfortable at all

Friendly staff, the room was clean & quiet and the non-smoking room smelled good.

Service. Nothing else was good at all.
It was scary to go out side. I was asked by multiple crack heads if I had money. And they charged me 25 dollars a day for my little dog. Which the carpets were filthy when we got the room. I hope they use my money to clean their smelly carpets.

I never got to stay at the hotel to experience anything.
That I didn't get to stay at the hotel to experience anything.

I liked that it was a close Uber ride from down town… and that’s about the only thing I liked, which is sad since I regularly camp and car camp and would have felt cleaner camping than staying at that hotel
At first it seemed fine as we parked and walked in the lobby. saw lots of cute dogs which my partner and I love! after check in.. YIKES! The hallways going to our rooms smelled like a urinal and like I was smelling rotten pee! then in the room, which luckily didn’t smell like the hallways, I went to use the restroom and there was urine all over the toilet seat like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all! we got switched to a different room quickly which was nice but it’s hard to feel comfortable like it was clean after the previous room. the showers were stained and gross. I would 100% not stay here again nor recommend this hotel. very disappointed..

Friendly staff and clean rooms, value for money.
The noise of traffic (not the hotels fault) lots of people loitering outside..
2.8
Spacious
No fridge
Intimidating neighborhood at night

It was a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly.
That the reservation I made online for my friend wasn’t good enough proof and I had to drive all the way down there to show ID.

large room with refrigerator, microwave, iron and board, coffee maker (which had the proper filter packet this time), and comfortable bed. Every thing worked in the room.
Elevators are still an issue. Not always working and the day before we arrived, people were stuck in one. Did not see an elevator inspection certification. Walls and grout could use touch up. Carpets are beyond cleaning in common areas.

Check in was at 3 we got there at 3 they didn't have any rooms available until after 4. My daughter got there at 6 to check in she didn't get a room until 9 at night. They had no security and as soon as we got there people were standing outside homeless people drug addicts and hookers. We were approached by someone in front of our kids asking if we wanted to buy crack. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in
2.8
not much . the staff was the best part of my experience.
the location , poor water pressure, overpriced for what it was, broken coffee maker . bed was small for a queen size. they definitely need to make upgrades and remodel. the elevator was scary to be in.
tons of meth heads loitering in the parking lot and around the hotel.
over $100 dollars for a Saturday night ?! ridiculous.

Staff was very friendly
Bathroom sink drained real slow, toilet was also flushing real slow

There was toys and a cup under our bed… not ours … water pressure to low…

Great vista of snow covered mountains and downtown Reno casinos from our West-facing room. Room was clean, good-sized (two queens), attractive decor. Bus stop nearby.
Only discovered tiny note on the mirror above the desk on the second day about housekeeping and towels changed every third day. Had to go down to front desk to get fresh ones. Mattresses were pretty tired. Bathroom was clean, but much mildew in shower and loose fixtures. The lotion amenities were only partially full - leftover from previous guests: ick!!
The one-cup coffeemaker was missing basket for coffee pods; we were told, after we asked to exchange, that "They are all that way." Huh?? Now we understood why the free coffee in the lobby.

So dodgy. Lots of shady looking people inside and outside the hotel. Didn’t feel very safe or comfortable. Left without staying the night and went somewhere else
2.8
Easy to find and easy to find parking.
The room smell and look dirty. To feel safe I had to spray lysol in the entire room.
2.8
very very under staffed. Lisa, the lady that checked me in was phenomenal, but she was so overworked. still waiting to hear back from the manager, and get money back from being over charged.

A place lay my head
The original Room was slept in and not serviced, changed rooms finally that took forever, 2nd room no TV, no phone and not all the lights worked.

we booked this last minute, it was a nice hotel we stayed on the 3rd floor and it was nice and clean and very good price
didn’t like that anybody over age of 18 had to show an Valid ID, and didn’t know that until we arrived so just a little caught off guard but it was fine
2.8
it’s old outdated.
2.8
very good price
everything was ok , i think need a goo

The staff and faculty were responsive and respectful of my requests and issues.
First room we were placed in, the tub wasn't cleaned properly and clogged after one shower use. The second room we were placed in was the same issue.

The property has a rule that all people live in need ID to check in. I never meet this requirement before.
