The breakfast was adequate. Area was always being touched up by the hostess. Food was available and more was added as needed.
The hotel is welcoming and clean.
Plenty of parking.
We would stay her again.
Internet was lacking, but, not a real problem for me.

Not much
Over charged.

The bed was large and very comfortable.
It was listed as a dog friendly facility but staff looked displeased with the presence of my dog. The room had a strong odor of old animal urine. I asked for a different room and staff was quick to accommodate me. The second room was slightly better than the first.

Great location! Personable staff. Nice pillows.
The OJ smelled like rotten eggs. Our fitted sheets were inside out, which made us suspect they were flipping them for extended use. The beds were extremely tall and hard for some to get onto the bed. The room smelled musty and someone was smoking in the facilities. Thought we were staying in a Holiday Inn Express (it was that originally), but it had several ownership changes recently. No longer a Best Wester either.

The bed was comfy and we got a good night’s sleep because of this and the fact that it was quiet.
The drain to the shower was slow, and when we showered the smoke detector went off both times even with having the fan on. The place has had some renovations but it’s still outdated. The face cloths were stained.

Location is right across the street from the outlet stores, although there are very few left anymore. Location is quiet and away from other businesses. Room was reasonably comfortable and beds were fine.
The front desk person was odd -- seemed not very happy we were there, and did not like our dog (probably dogs in general, since our dog is 9, and a very calm Golden Retriever). The lights in the hotel were mostly OFF when we arrived mid-afternoon in July -- it was very dark and very strange. They didn't seem to have any air conditioning on in the common areas. Thankfully, the room air conditioner worked fine. Not sure what was going on. There appeared to be some renovations going on, although we didn't see anyone working. There were piles of mattresses and air conditioners outside on the grass. The room we were assigned to was at the very end of the hall even though there didn't seem to be another person staying there (first clue). We couldn't get the door open (turns out it just got stuck every time we tried to open the door). So the front desk guy had to come open it for us. He was obviously incredibly uncomfortable being in the same hallway as our dog (even though she was just standing there). It made things very awkward. The hotel had a hand painted sign and had obviously changed hands. It was previously a Holiday Inn Express, and they were trying to capitalize on the name as if nothing had changed (by calling it the Fremont Inn Express). Believe me, it HAS changed. My children are teenagers, and they were uncomfortable and asked if we could go somewhere else. Since I had already paid and it was late, I told them we'd be fine. But the whole situation made them slightly anxious, since it was so unlike any place we've ever stayed. We will NOT be staying here again, even though we like the location and it's a good stopping point for us. We'll find somewhere else to go.

The location to the interstate was excellent. The pool area was clean.
We noticed that the hotel is in the middle of a transition to a Holiday Inn Express so we understand there are growing pains. The carpet in the halls was stained in multiple places. The bathroom had been updated in some respects but needed some work on the tub. The breakfast buffet was missing a lot and some of the food/beverages tasted off. We could not find any staff in the halls or front desk to help us.

The front desk staff, the building felt hot, the towels and showers disgusting, should have left after the sign for hotel was in chalk or some kind of chalk like paint as of 8/13/23

Convenient, reasonably affordable, pet friendly. Lots of shopping close by.
Not glamorous, to say the least, but it appears they are undergoing renovation.

We had 2 kids and we all had a great time in the pool. Beds were awesome, very comfortable, a lot of great people to talk to. Great stay!
Our stay wasn’t long enough.

I liked that it had a suite option with a bedroom and a separate living room with pullout couch. breakfast was decent.
I had to ask for towels, toilet paper and trash bags everyday. even when I put the dirty ones out the door. the bedroom door had a big crack in it.

Breakfast was included with the room. Front desk we very quick with check in and check out.
We picked this hotel because it said online there is a pool and it is open. When we arrived we were informed that it is in outdoor pool and was not open. My kids were not happy.

location was good
bathroom needed attention, shower water pressure was very low. several floor tile’s broken and missing. Maid service was poor and it was self help to get towels or empty your own trash.

I had come across some 2022 -2023 reviews that said property was suffering from lack of maintenance and upkeep.
It was clear that a lot of work had been done recently. There was working being done when we stayed there.
Our room and every where we were in the building was great. The work did not interrupt our stay.
The breakfast was great and spotless clean
There is some more work that needs to be done . Parking lot area and some roof work was on going.

Staff was great!
The place is under construction, and our room looked like it was on the list to be next. Just would have liked to know in advance that there was some "dusting" going on. Like "Pardon our dust, we are working to improve the facilities for our guests."

Nice people and location
Our sheets were dirty and there was hair in the bed. The floor had not been vacuumed.

After you jumped up into the bed, it was comfortable.
No greeting, dogs loose in the foyer. Some guy very upset about his treatment. We had one set of towels, and I booked a king and got a double queen.

the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel
all the breakfast was gone by 9:00am and they don’t replenish it

Easy to get to off the highway.
It was WAY over priced. I expected more modern and clean accommodations. The mattress was HORRIBLE and my husband is STILL dealing with back pain since sleeping on it.The sheets had old stains on them. Carpets were also stained.
I had requested extra blankets and pillows when reserving the room. Never provided and the bedding did not have blankets on it...just a thin cover resembling duvet material. Good thing we always bring OWN extra blanket when we travel.
Also? On the right side of the bed frame, there was a metal adjustment bar protruding out from the frame which was hazerdous. Had I not noticed it, I could have hurt my leg on it! The bed was also extremely high off the floor making it difficult to get in and out of the bed.

At 8 am the breakfast items were picked over and not replenished for quite some time
The lights in the room were all LED, which would have been ok, but they were bright white, and I know LEDs are available in softer yellow tones. It made the room less comfortable with the harsh white light.

Easy location to find… staff was awesome… especially the breakfast staff where they, out of there own money, supply a gift coloring book supply table to keep kids entertained.
nothing not to like

Quick on off access from the interstate. Best breakfast with many hot food choices.
Our room door did not latch right away, had to giggle the handle to get the door to latch shut.

The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The bed and bathroom were clean.
The carpet was gross and the tile in the bathroom was cracked. I know it is pet friendly, but a hard surface floor would be much cleaner. My dog was sniffing around like a lot had gone down on that carpet! The worst thing was there was inadequate lighting outside where the dog was supposed to relieve himself and lots of poop no one bothered to pick up!

Location was very good for access to Turnpike travel. The facilities were fairly up to date, but there were some maintenance problems: entry light to room had some problem that made it continually flash so that it was unusable; tile at baseboard level in bath was partially missing and unsightly; tv remote at first would not work, but a call to front desk made us aware of how to reboot its receiver and fixed it; room phones most obvious button to reach front desk did not work—although dialing “O” fixed that; bathtub in room had a really ugly brown stain to point that we would not use it.
Front desk receptionist when we checked in seemed harried and a bit gruff, but attempted to deal with us responsibly.
We had a first floor room; walking noise from above us was very annoying and suggested shoddy construction of building.

The room was a nice size, clean, and it was nice to have a TV guide and good selection of channels.
The location was a little confusing to get to. Using GPS, it took us to the shopping mall next door. We felt the price was high for the location, the lack of amenities, the condition of the hotel (a remodel on the outside is definitely needed!). The desk clerk was a little snippy, learned quickly not to ask for anything.
