5 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bath Lake House for Weekly/daily Rental. Great for summer or if you like ice fishing, snowmobiling or just getting away, this home is great! Boat docks and Association Beach just a short drive with golf cart*. House sleeps 15 Guests. There are 3 additional couches or you can bring air mattresses for any additional guests.. Plenty of space.. Totally furnished with dishes, cookware, linens, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, dish washer, 3 refrigerators, washer and dryer. Includes Boat Dock, Golf Cart*, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Huge Building with Summer Kitchen and Full Bath, Fenced in Back Yard with Fire Pit (you supply wood), Gas Grill (propane tanks there but may need filled), Griddle, charcoal grill, Internet and 4 Smart TVs. There is a large screened-in porch with tables for bugless dining. This property has access to Jimmerson Lake which is an All Sports Lake and part of the Chain of Lakes including Lake James, Snow Lake and Big Otter. The building is large enough to hold a small reception or family reunion. There are several restaurants just down the road including Acapulco Mexican Grill, Brewski's, Club Paradise, The Bistro, Yo-Yo Yogurt and the famous Tom's Doughnuts. Boat rental is available at the Corner Landing & Vacation Pontoon Rentals. If you are a golfer there are several nice courses near by. Pokagon State Park has hiking, horse back riding, great beach, and a frozen toboggan slide for winter guests. Ice fishing is also popular. Come relax and have a blast! Great place in an area with several good golfing options. The house has all the amenities that you would want for a several night stay; a lot of space, big back yard, fire pit. Grills to cook, full kitchen and several close restaurants nearby.

We had 9 seniors at this gathering. This cottage has plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and it never felt crowded. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom doesn’t work and the interior shows wear but everything was clean. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. Those that used the hot tub said it was excellent. It’s about a mile downhill to the small public beach where the water is very nice.

Our first family vacation was great. Our grown children, their partners, and our 6 year old grandson had a great time here. The layout was perfect for our family of 7. Golf cart rides down to the lake made for great memories, as did nighttime game nights at the house. Having to rent an outside pontoon was more expensive, but understand these things happen. (Owner's boat was in for repairs due to a previous renter.) All in all, the house worked well, and we all had a good time.

We had a wonderful stay here! The property was clean and spacious. The entertainment building with the pool table, ping pong table, toys and hot tub was really fun for all ages. There was a ton of yard space to play outside games, and the covered porch was really relaxing to sit and read on. We also enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit. We would definitely love to come back.

Home was just as listed and had all that we Needed. Lots of games and toys for all ages! None of kids(ages 2 thru 17) were bored. Entertainment building was great also for all ages. We will definitely consider rebooking in future! Host was very nice and helpful!!

We loved the back yard and fire pit. Tracey made sure that we got dry firewood for the night which is why we were drawn to her house. We were very thankful for her quick responses when we needed service.

Pros: The property was exactly as advertised and exceeded our needs. We we were able to spend time together or spread out with the awesome entertainment building or the living area in the basement. The house has everything you would need and more. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions. Cons: the basement couch had a bad odor. We would absolutely stay here again.

The hosts were very nice and quick to address a few small issues. The house was clean with plenty of space. The only thing I'd caution is that this house is not directly on the lake, it is about a 5 minute golf cart ride away. The pictures don't make it crystal clear that you are not on the lake.

It was a good place. It looks better in the inside. There was a second building for ping pong and pool which was cool. It had a ton of games and stuff we used inside the place. There is a boat rental place that is decent. Overall it's a good spot.

Large home with lake nearby. Plenty of room. Fun game room. We took the golf cart to explore neighborhood. Lake was very clean. Owner responded immediately to any questions. Overall could use little more attention to details but understandable since it is a rental for large groups and things get used and broken. We had fun and would return back.

This was our second time staying here. What a nice place! Plenty of room with the main house, separate rec room, and back yard. Tracey was awesome with her communication regarding what is there, i.e. extra cots, how many refrigerators etc.... and for just about any question you may ask. I cannot comment on renting the pontoon etc...since we were golfing but a great place for reunions, families etc.... see you next year.

We rented this property for a family vacation and appreciated its proximity to the beach. The home had plenty of space for seven adults and two kids, and the extra building with the hot tub, pool table, and table tennis was great to be able to use! We also appreciated that we could use the golf cart to get to and from the beach. One of the best parts was renting Tracey's pontoon boat, which was really nice and a great deal compared to the other local boat rental prices. Tracey was responsive throughout our stay and stopped by to answer questions when we had them.

The house was so comfy and homey -- no frills but had everything described and what we needed. We enjoyed the rec building and teens especially like the pool table and ping pong while the little ones played with toys (little child's pretend stove and a Barbie-style doll house. And the hot tub was a hit with all! Neighborhood was quiet and it was about a 7-minute walk to the dock where we tied up our pontoon rental. The stairs going down to the dock were a little difficult for our 3-year-old but we had her go slow and she did great each time. We used the golf cart for us older ones and to cart our towels and coolers. Beautiful lake - so clean and clear. We especially enjoyed docking at the one small beach which was perfect for the smaller ones in our extended family bunch. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home and I expect we will be back!

Everything was above expectations. Property was well maintained and had all supplies needed. Notes told us all details to be able to use amenities. Very thoughtful touchs around property. We are a multi generation family, with a small dog. Everything was covered. Even TV blankets! Daily papers supplies were very generous. Our only wish was the weather could have been warmer, which no one can control. We will use this property again.

Our family from Iowa and Ohio met here for a perfect extended weekend. There were toys and books for our 3 year old granddaughter and pool, ping pong, and games for the 20 year olds. Plenty of room to spread out... for those of us that needed quiet time.

The property was perfect for my mom and I to celebrate a weekend away. We loved the location which was steps away to the beach and trolley. It was great to have a full size fridge for groceries and the couches/bed were comfortable. Alex was extremely easy to get a hold of for any issues we had. We would stay here again in a second! Highly recommended!

Tracey & Tom kept an open and responsive line of communication. Check-in was easy. When we arrived during the snowstorm the house was literally glowing. Lit Christmas tree, electric digital fireplace blowing heat, and the tastefully decorated. It really warmed our hearts. The property is clean, spacious and very accommodating. As more and more family arrived their reaction was the same as ours. The house just pulls you in and gives you a hug. Very cozy. All facilities were functioning perfectly. Lots and lots of places to gather together. And, lots of places to be in a small group too. The game room is surely the star of the property. You can hot tub, play pool or ping pong. It also can be a place where moms can gather with their babies. The game room let's you get out of the house and explore without having to drive anywhere. Great setup during a snow storm. Check-out was a breeze too. Hated to leave but, we'll be back... G & P

The property was a bit dated but had alot of everything. The backyard and outdoor spaces was really nice with having younger children. Gave them a place to safely run and play. The fire pit, corn hole game & large clean hot tub was appreciated. Pool table with a large screen TV was enjoyed by the guys. Ample frig space (3). All the beds but 1 was comfortable. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows and blankets. Easy to find and close to lots of things to do such as shopping and restaurants. The doughnut shop was closed. But I understand the owners have no control over that. Over-all a good experience.

This was a surprise 30th Birthday gathering for our disabled daughter. It was the perfect spot for it! There were 12 of us, all different ages as well as our dogs. The recreation building was a huge hit with our teens and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Having a fenced in yard for our pups was wonderful. In fact, being able to bring them was a blessing in itself! We talked about coming back in the summer when we can enjoy the Lakes too! Thank you Tracey!
