It was our first time staying at this hotel and we won’t stay there again! There was black stuff in the shower looked like animal droppings. The floor in the bedroom by the window was all wet and soaked and there was a Centipede crawling on the ceiling and when we tried to get it, it crawled under a locked closet door. Very disappointed.

We needed a hotel that had a full size fridge, since we had our kids with us and they drink tons of milk. A full jug of milk doesn’t fit in a mini fridge. Btdt.
So we gave up the appeal of a different hotel with an inside pool for this hotel with a full size fridge and an outside pool.
The outside pool was great. It was nice that the pool was shaded from the hotel building in the evening from the hot summer sun.
I was very nervous about the location of our hotel for our vacation. Didn’t want to be in a bad section of town. So we opted for this hotel even though it was further out location wise from other hotels closer to the sites in Wichita. It was about 20 minutes to Field Station:Dinosaur, the Aviation museum was about 10 minutes, and 20 minutes to the Taniwaki Wildlife Park with the awesome experience of petting and feeding animals. It was 15ish to the Exploration place.
The hotel is right across the street from Target which came in so handy when we needed to grab impromptu meals and snacks.
Overall it was a great experience.
The only petty con was the door hinges and the toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom were rusty. Which is an easy fix if they wanted to change it out.

Super nice and personable staff. The breakfast choices and taste was extraordinarily good! Helpful location close to shopping and nice eating establishments.
we were in room 222, and the shower assembly was loose in the wall, and there appeared to be mold on the outside of the tub along the floor. There is no ice machine on the second floor.

Staff were friendly.
Hallways were dirty. Walls/elevator looked ruff. Pull out bed was broken. Kids ended up pulling the mattress off and slept on the floor. Shower water pressure wasn’t great.

It's nice to have a two room suite for the family. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices including hot eggs which I really appreciate.
The furniture was worn with tears, etc. The beds weren't very comfortable. They may just be worn out.

I checked in July8th in the afternoon. The girl with the pony tails was the most friendly person I have met in years. She is a great employee and a great person. I wish I had gotten her name.
Can't think of anything.

Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. In a nice neighborhood. Good hot breakfast and they also had a social hour which was nice. they also had a nice theater room to watch movies.

I liked the kitchen within our suite. I like the spaciousness of the suite and privacy for each room. It was great that each room had their own bathroom & shower. There was a nice big, filling breakfast offered in the morning.
The breakfast lady wasn't super friendly but she kept food filled well and the area tidied up.

The staff was AMAZING! They were kind and helpful and very attentive. I went to the front desk to make myself a key because I forgot mine in my room and I was going to workout--when I got to the front desk I saw my daughter's wallet at the front and got it back and the staff was kind and amazing and even had me provide proof it was my daughters by describing the contents in the wallet. My children LOVED the outdoor pool as well!
The floor smelled of cigarette smoke as some of the rooms are smoking (and I have asthma). The carpet was gross and stained, the couch did not look clean, the floor area was not swept well, and room service only picked towels up and changed trash rather than vacuuming and making beds. In addition, the room looks like it needs some TLC; the ceiling looked as if it had a significant leak that was not well cosmetically put together; there were marks all over the walls. It just looks like a dated hotel.

We have been her for 3 weeks now and everything has been amazing. The staff is so nice. The rooms are kept clean. Happy hours on M-W is fun. Breakfast is great!
We liked everything. There is nothing we would change except the weather. Everything was close by and we found some things for our new apartment.
